Burnt coffee. High prices and unpredictable service.
On my last visit I watched the barista pour and steam 2% milk for my breve latte. When I told her I ordered a breve and she used 2%, she lied and said 'no, it's breve'.
I haven't been to a Starbucks since. That was in Dec 2013.
