Took a dump here. Didn't buy anything

I have to agree with another reviewer, the customer service especially at this location is subpar. The young girl working in the evening yesterday could use a course on customer service. The drink tasted like paste with a splash of curdled yuck. When you refused to make a different drink and only agreed to make the same drink it was still disgusting. Solid refresher over ice mixed with bad attitude, it was laughable.

The service is terrible, the attendant was super rude cause I pronounced croissant in a different way, I'm ESL and he understood exactly what I asked for, he just wanted to act rude, he seemed stressed because he was training a new employee, but it's not my fault If your work is bad, I just wanted a coffee without xenophobia.

The cold foam doesn’t taste like the typical Starbucks one…tasted different to other Starbucks… staff were nice… just the taste wasn’t great

Were very rudely told "we're closed" in the middle of normal hours by some grumpy and disheveled workers. (Hoodie and a hockey jersey ! So unprofessional! Looked like they were planning on going to a drag race instead of working) Moments after walking away, we saw those same individuals serving another customer. Seems like Cleetus and Dumpy Sue might have a problem with lesbian couples. I guess we just don't get coffee at the grocery store now?

Quality of coffee hardly has anything to do with the people working. Tastes basically the same regardless of location but these Starbucks that are located within any other store always seem to disappoint service wise. Just not the same pride as an actual storefront it feels. A 16oz grande is almost 7 dollars yet you put in 12oz worth of coffee. Why? Whose side are you on? Go to the one on 80th, maybe they’ll give you what you pay for.

I never see her nametag, but the lady who always works the early 6 AM shifts with the black rimmed glasses is so sweet. She is always super nice and respectful - always calling people "love" and "dear". The other baristas such as Eli are also always nice. They keep me coming to this Starbucks (:

Worst experience ever!! Came here today at 11am, and the grumpy (and frumpy) cashier girl with her beanie on so low it was almost covering her eyes, was extremely unpleasant. She was rude from the entire visit to the end. I was just purchasing a cup and asking a question about when their red cup day was this year, and I was replied to with the most condescending attitude. I don’t know what her deal is, but her higher ups need to be aware of their rude storefront.

This Starbucks is discriminating to low income people, they literally changed there whole computer system so that low income people can’t come buy Starbucks with a EBT card. Not everyone has $6-$10 to spend on Starbucks! This was a sudden change with no warnings! I have been living in the area for 4 months and i never had problem using my ebt until October 1st, they also have a sign up saying“We don’t accept ebt” and “they’re trying to create a better experience for the customers”…. While excluding a whole group of customers! Absolutely ridiculous! Starbucks has food/drink products, I should be able to buy food and drinks with my ebt!

Starbucks needs to take their customers more serious!!!!!! Had a bad encounter with the bartista named SUMA. Never in my life have I delt with a RUDE BACK TALKER. My sister kindly asked if it was double blended and she went off on her so I stepped in and she yelled across the room and mimicking what I was saying like a 5 year old. Unprofessional and unacceptable!!!! Went to customer service and was told she has a reputation for the same thing. How can you keep an employee with the same actions all the time. I feel bad for the rest of the people thag have delt with her. Not to mention I AM 9 MONTHS PREGNANT!!!!!
