Always a great experience here! The baristas are incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely make your day better. Forcing businesses like Starbucks to be open on holidays especially Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s Day feels unnecessary and honestly kind of lame. That said, the baristas are always so kind, welcoming, and positive, even on days they probably should be home with their families or off. Their great attitudes really stand out and are truly appreciated. They’re friendly, patient, and clearly care about their customers. Consistently great service, this Starbucks is a pleasure to visit

Shoutout to Dylan! The barista who helped me today was so kind and had such a great personality. He made my experience at the store a truly great one and reminded me why I love visiting this Starbucks. My favorite drinks are the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, and the Strawberry Acai Refresher!

Lobby only no seating no outlets
A fast food joint on a major interstate should seriously value timely service. I had to wait for a single customer who took 10-20 minutes, complaining and perfecting their order. And when I along with other customers gave light honks, I got berated by the person at the front service desk.
The whole ordeal should’ve been done in five minutes, but because of one customer and the inability of this generation to effectively manage customers, my girlfriend was late for a meeting with her boss, and I was late for the MCAT.
All because one selfish person couldn’t decide what frappe lappa dingdongacino she wanted and the employees didn’t know how to handle her in a timely manner

They do not let you use the bathroom here.
This is mostly a drive through setup, so if you’re going to walk in and order, it might take a while. Also, there’s no place to sit - just the order counter - so not really inviting.
