A fast food joint on a major interstate should seriously value timely service. I had to wait for a single customer who took 10-20 minutes, complaining and perfecting their order. And when I along with other customers gave light honks, I got berated by the person at the front service desk.
The whole ordeal should’ve been done in five minutes, but because of one customer and the inability of this generation to effectively manage customers, my girlfriend was late for a meeting with her boss, and I was late for the MCAT.
All because one selfish person couldn’t decide what frappe lappa dingdongacino she wanted and the employees didn’t know how to handle her in a timely manner

This is mostly a drive through setup, so if you’re going to walk in and order, it might take a while. Also, there’s no place to sit - just the order counter - so not really inviting.

It’s not just the Starbucks, but it’s all Starbucks that are going downhill. He used to be able to customize in. This were great about it and now it seems like they are rude and they don’t want you to do that. I think I’ll start supporting the real local coffee shops. I only order an iced coffee with a splash of cream.

After I drop my car off in a nearby mechanic shop, I decided to walk over to the Starbucks and purchase a refresher. The staff were extremely welcoming and professional. Serving beverages with a positive attitude and a sense of urgency, I will definitely be stopping here again if I’m in the area!

I have went through the drive thru numerous times to pick up a mobile order. I order the same drink every time. It has never once tasted correct! This is the only location that my order tastes terrible. It was bad the first time: I kept trying hoping it would get better. It has not. I am disappointed as this is the location most convenient to my job.
