The drinks at this location are fine, and there's a decent size seating area that's nice. However the staff here aren't very friendly. I prefer the location a few miles south from here bc they're always rly nice there. Will prob keep going to that location rather than this one.

Okay, I gave this store multiple chances. But I can absolutely say I’ll NEVER come back. Sheesh. I got treated like garbage all because I asked for my coffee to be remade and the girl was nasty as hell about it and purposely remade it wrong and didn’t even ask me if there was anything that needed to be edited. So of course I was like “sorry it’s still not right can I have my own sugar packets instead to add my own?” And this girl stared at me like I asked her to do something illegal and practically screamed at me. The other day tried again and ordered a frapp and it tasted awful and I’ve had it other locations and it didn’t taste like that. The second time when I got the frap, the employees had this weird off putting attitude I can’t explain it. They were just so unfriendly and unpleasant. Will not be coming back again. The store needs a major attitude change. I understand retail is hard to work in but the way the employees treat customers is disappointing.

I didn’t actually buy anything here. I’m giving this location a five star review because I really needed to use the bathroom, and one of the staff members let me without having to buy anything first. I was willing to purchase a string cheese if I had to. She was even patient with me when I needed her to repeat the code several times. It might seem like a small act of kindness, but it meant a lot to me.

This Starbucks is the most convenient because it’s near my home I got the (small) strawberry açai refresher and my mom got a Venti (tall) ice water
Every single time i order a pink drink here it’s disgusting and sour no matter who makes it, no one knows how to make a proper pink drink.

We have been customers for a long time, we order more than 3 coffees and bread every day, my husband works in deliveries so he takes his coffee to the store and when he wanted to get a refill, the person who helped him was very rude, a Latina woman. He explained to her that we stop by for our coffee every day and she rudely denied him a refill claiming that it was their policy and that he had to have his coffee at the establishment. He explained that he couldn't because of his job and she was very rude.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how much this location has improved over the past few months. It’s clean, order is on time, and they finally have the chocolate chip cookies available - haha. The barista, Yarik (apologies if I got the name wrong), is incredibly friendly, upbeat, and professional. Cheers!
