Every single time i order a pink drink here it’s disgusting and sour no matter who makes it, no one knows how to make a proper pink drink.

We have been customers for a long time, we order more than 3 coffees and bread every day, my husband works in deliveries so he takes his coffee to the store and when he wanted to get a refill, the person who helped him was very rude, a Latina woman. He explained to her that we stop by for our coffee every day and she rudely denied him a refill claiming that it was their policy and that he had to have his coffee at the establishment. He explained that he couldn't because of his job and she was very rude.
I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how much this location has improved over the past few months. It’s clean, order is on time, and they finally have the chocolate chip cookies available - haha. The barista, Yarik (apologies if I got the name wrong), is incredibly friendly, upbeat, and professional. Cheers!

Update:
It's been a while since the previous incident happened. So all I say right now is that this store seems to be a training store for them as their drinks are very inconsistent all the times. The reason I come to this very specific one is because is close to home, is the only one on my way to work but the majority of times drinks don't taste good. I think they should reconsider whatever is they're doing cause I have stop coming in frequently due to that very reason. My entre family (except me) have stopped coming in to this store for the same reason.
I always have a good overall experience coming into to this store but today my sister and I decided to stop by after a very long school/work day just to be treated rudely by a barista name Maggy or something like that. Her welco0ming was an invitation to leave right where we entered, did not end there as she took my sister's order another person came right behind me and stood there. I was right to the side waiting for my order to be taken and she passed me by and took someone's else order. As I was still standing she came even ruder and ask if I wanted something, I was upset already as she wouldn't even apologize for her wrong doing and kept being disrespectful and having a really bad attitude towards me. I hope her upper management provides her with therapy/coaching session because personal or working problems should not be reflected or going off on customers. I felt my dignity and respect were violated.

In google maps it shows that this starbucks was open until 9 pm, we're arrived at 7:45 and it was closed alredy
Don't go to this Starbucks. They suck. The door is close at 7 even though their hours are till 9. And they don't serve people who have big vehicles and can't fit in the drive way
Amazingly friendly staff and services.
Restaurantji Recommends
Terrible service, they close their doors 30 minutes before closing..
Management needs to work on this..
I really like Starbucks. Their drinks are great, especially their coffee drinks, hot or cold. Their seasonal drinks are always highly anticipated by many, many people (eg, Pumpkin Spice Latte). The food items are typically quite good and fresh. I don't know if every Starbucks does this, but many donate, daily, their leftover food items to local food banks. This not only promises fresh food daily at Starbucks but a very nice selection for food bank attendees. Bonus points for the donations. The Starbucks stores that i tend to go to always have long lines in drive-through, but the line moves pretty fast. Add 15 minutes to your itinerary if stopping at a Starbucks, as a general rule. If you're in more of a hurry, the inside line is often short, so service is somewhat faster. Also, as a general rule. Their food items are what appear to be the size of a properly portioned entree. There are some vegetarian options, I'm not sure about vegan. The food is generally very good and if you wish, they will heat it up for you, nice touch. The one problem i have with most Starbucks stores is they are almost always loud inside. Some of it is the employees talking amongst themselves about orders and other things. A little of the noise comes from the customers visiting or having business meetings. There are those who are sitting to enjoy a cup of coffee, and those working quietly on their laptop. Starbucks is a good place for small meetings, but unless you can shut out the noise, quiet individual time is not necessarily going to happen. All that being said, i recommend Starbucks, really any of the stores as they are very consistent.
Customer service was OK. The young lady that made my drink made a extra drink that she made incorrectly, which made me smile.😊 the lighting in this place was a little dull, but it had a good place to sit
As an Agent, Starbucks are always a solid choice for consistent, healthy food options and restrooms. The staff at this location is super nice! Great indoor seating to meet or work.
This is how you treat your customers
By give me a half cup of mango dragon fruit ??????
