I got food poisoning! The service was also horrible. I ordered a ice chai latte and it took 15 minutes me waiting by the window watching this employee just talk to his friend. SERVE ME?! I paid $6 for this and they better have got my drink right I have though. But they didnt even add ice or the whip cream I said to put in? Never come here

Can make lattes espresso but not hot water for my tea.i am a paying customer at this safeway.this is not customer service or good customer care. The shell Staton on the corner is better oh and they don't follow Starbucks rules so good luck with complaining about it.

This Starbucks location has got to be the worst in the city. Service is SLOW. The cashiers have a whole conversation with their friends who happen to be in line. I asked an employee to make my drink while he chats. He told me to go somewhere else, and refused to make my drink. I'm loath to go to this location. I try to go to one of the other local Starbucks even if it means another stop.

My experience at this location was a huge disappointment today. The male barista who was working around 2:30pm decided to completely ignore me and have a long winded conversation with the two men ahead of me. Even after he made their drinks, he continued to engage in a conversation that had no end at sight. I was there for a minimum of 15 mins. It was not busy, he made the decision to converse at the expense of my time. The breaking point was when the barista acknowledge to another fellow that he is “being held up” but never did he at any point acknowledged my presence or even made the simple statement “ I will be with you shortly”. I had to walk away, my time and energy was wasted and there was no way I was going to waste my money on top of that. Zero common sense and customer service skills. If you want to chit chat then clock out first.
