One of few places I can go where I feel more like an inconvenience than a customer. A few are great, but overall this place is hit or miss lately. Where did the old baristas go?

I really appreciate the service at this Starbucks. They made my drink much better than other locations I have been to and it makes me happy. I had a question and spoke to the shift manager who was very helpful and responsive. I recommend

Worst Starbucks I’ve been to… and I’ve been to dozens of locations around the greater seattle area!
I waited over 10 minutes for my drip coffee. I understand that there was only one barista working the entire store, but she didn’t even apologize when she finally came and took my order. To make things worse, the coffee was extremely watery!!
Not coming back to this store anytime soon.

Very poor service. Ordered smallest size almond decaffeinated cappuccino kids temperature. They almost messed up everything... By the time of my payment the cashier catching the barista pooring regular milk ? ( dairy allergy!!!) and after repeating - decafe, she had to start new shot because she already poor a regular shot ?, also didn't get me the smallest size ? and it was burning hot . I burned my mouth ..... Never order coffee again . They can't prepare a simple order , it's just a coffee how difficult could that be???

The Starbucks at the corner near QFC Westwood Village I no longer go there, very rude..I paid one batista that finished my drink and when I was leaving the batista that was grinding my coffee was very rude and kept re reading the receipt to make sure I paid..I paid..and each time I have gone there they all see. Miserable and I will not ever return.

Unlike other Starbucks location this seems like thebplace you go to strictly to get and drink and bail.Lines move pretty quickly but at the same time it can pile up pretty quick.Word of advice I normally stay away during afterschool as kids getting out of school typical ransack this place.

Second time I went there and they overcharged me. I get an ice coffee every single day at another Starbucks in West Seattle. I've been in this particular Starbucks on numerous occasions though, and they still want to charge me for a free refill on an iced coffee because I have syrup in it. Thankfully, one of the girls that was working today explained to the barista on cash not to worry about it. Seriously. First time I went there they charge me almost $4 for an iced coffee with two half a pumps of syrup. I won't go back there it's not worth the stupid aggravation.
