Usually come when in town but this particular visit was poorer than usual. Ordered some hot food when it wasn't very busy and asked when ordering if I'd be ok waiting extra 10 min which I said ok. However, after finishing my coffee and another 30 minutes after I noticed other customers who came in after me and ordered the same dish had already gotten their food, I went to the counter to ask for update. To their credit they were very busy by that time but didn't offer anything other than, "your food will be out shortly". Another 15 min go by and I had to be on my way I went up and explained to the busy barista that I had been patiently awaiting my food for 45 min and would simply like my refund for food ordered. He did as asked but was a little surprised at the lack of customer service. No apology, just refunded me and walked away. Usually Starbucks does great job of going above and beyond but, sadly, not anymore

Super busy and slow. I also thought they were going to have more merchandise for sale. Beautiful day outside, and we took advantage of the outside seating.

Very cool place. A very expensive lunch and but beautiful coffee. Amazing food too. It is an amazing place to see what Starbucks has coming in a few years. Loved the visit.

This is a must stop if you’re a coffee lover. The selection was outstanding. In our group we got the coffee flight, cold brew flight, and individual drinks. The coffee flight was great! Not a single one did we dislike. The cold brew flight was amazing. The whiskey barrel cold brew is easily one of the favorite cold brews I’ve ever had. I also had a single origin Honduras coffee on pour over and it was so smooth and balanced. The food was also really good! I had the salmon and cream cheese brioche and I very much enjoyed it.

Perfect place for a quick bite. I enjoyed the new seasonal menu like Strawberry ? spritz and Zucchini & burrata pizza. There are ample outdoor space with benches and wide umbrella, where you can enjoy the meal outside.

There is a Starbucks reserve downstairs from Starbucks' headquarters. It is much less crowded than the stores near Pike Street. If you have time and convenient transportation, I recommend you to come and check it out. I highly recommend the whiskey barrel-aged cold brew coffee, it tastes very fragrant and smooth. The guards and store staff there are very nice, and there are many parking spaces outside the store.

Avocado toast is either a hit or miss here.

Served with discoloration. If I had known ahead of time I wouldn't order it.

I spoke to the store manager.

They told me food is good till 2 hours after prep.

But as a customer there's no way to know if food is fresh or somewhere in the 2 hour window until I order and the food is served.
