Our dinner was first rate: rack of lamb, mashed potatoes and Caesar salad. All most delicious. Friendly service as always.

the bar is a cozy spot for a light dinner before an event, or just to sit and relax. Our waiter was superb.

The Stella in Seattle's iconic hotel is the perfect place for an intimate dining experience with top-notch menu choices. I had the steak in brandy-pepper sauce with broccolini and finger potatoes. The steak was cooked perfectly and the sauce very, very good. I also recommend having their Cesare salad. A really nice take on the traditional Caesar salad, exceptionally yummy. A drink before dinner in the Fireside Room is a must on a cold-rainy Seattle day/evening. You can even order from the Stella menu and dine next to the fireplace. The entire staff from Valet entrance to exit are all incredibly accommodating at this establishment.

Ordered the shrimp pasta from SRW menu - nice potion and tasty. For dessert, got the tiramisu- nicely balanced flavors and large portion. Only ate half. Servers were attentive and room has dark wood interiors. Table settings were tasteful. Only $5 valet. I recommend this place.

I took a friend to lunch for her birthday at Stella and had a wonderful time! The service was really fantastic, the ambiance was perfect, and the food was delicious. Everything about our time at Stella was welcoming and comfortable. Thank you for making my friend's birthday lunch special!

Stella has great food, ambiance, and servers; but not enough servers. Only one scheduled for a Saturday night???? The leaving server thankfully stayed rather than leave when many people in several groups arrived at 7-7:30 — normal busy time for top places. At least two in our party left because the wait for drinks/food was too long. We love Stella. It's great. It just needs to up its staff game.

The restaurant had great ambiance and the staff was very helpful. The food was good and the cocktails were excellent!

Steak was great. Wine was corked. Took much effort to get the waitress who didn't know wine at all and the manager who kept claiming it was too young and needed to breathe more as the notes of burnt rubber continued to develop in the second decanter. Finally got another equally priced bottle. Great Tomahawk, but they won't make Wine Spectator anytime soon

Stella and The Fireside Room at Hotel Sorrento are 2 of my very favorite spots to eat and entertain in Seattle. Inside the historic hotel, the visual appointments are elegant and unique, almost making one feel they have walked right into the early 1900's. The menu is extensive and the food, fabulous. The service was first-class. First rate experience all-round including valet parking. We felt 100% taken care of, 100% of the time.

Overall, the experience was fine but not over the top as one would expect at this restaurant / hotel. Our waiter was charming but he was also the bartender. It is clear the restaurant is understaffed (as are many restaurants these days). The food could have been hotter but the flavor was good. I though it was a bit overpriced for just eggs and potatoes. The coffee was cold and we had to ask for even one refill. I would have liked some toast or a small side "something" to round out the meal. All the staff were friendly and the setting is wonderful.

This is the hotel restaurant! Cute, vibes are good, and service is pretty good. Food was alright but a little pricier than I hoped

Took45 minutes to get cocktails and nearly an hour to get bread (focaccia) before our anniversary dinner. Either understaffed or incompetence, either way nit worth the effort to park and dine in city

An amazing evening at Stella tonight in the Fireside room for their end of the year jazz series. The evening could not have been more perfect for a special Bday celebration with 4 girlfriends. Excellent service and excellent food. Above and beyond. We will be back again and again!

The food and service were excellent. I had the pork chop dish and my sister had the seafood risotto. The staff was knowledgeable about gluten sensitivities. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Love coming to Stella and their other outlets in the hotel. Although I enjoyed the food, the ambiance, and service, I wished the portions were worth the price that they advertise.
