This place is amazing! The food was delicious and the decor is fabulous. Ask for the map to see where all the decor originated.

We were disapointed. An ordinary pizza did not rise to our expectations and the mystery price made it worse

Amazing s vice and good, as always. Their pastas are made fresh and amazing. Would highly recommend the roasted broccoli small plate.

The oricchiette pasta dish was first up, a serving so small we thought it must be an appetizer. Priced as an entree we just had to stare a moment. Then, digging in, all we could taste was salt which disappointingly overwhelmed the sauce. Big thumbs down. A pizza was up next, nicely topped with very ample prosciutto. The crust was baked as we like but the overall flavor of the pizza was just meh. It's unlikely we'll go back for more. The best part of the meal was the wait staff - fast, friendly and very professional.

Our first impressions were really good. Love the nostalgic vibe and creative, scratch menu concept. High quality ingredients. Cocktails are delish. Appetizers, amazing! We tried the initial charcuterie, yum! We shared the lump crab sliders and tuna dip. Definite winners. Ordered a couple pasta dishes. The pasta, itself was fresh made and like little pillows of happiness. The overall dish was very salty. We mentioned this to our server and she was very gracious in taking our feedback. I'd have to try it again. Our server was a bit over-attentive. She checked in with us quite frequently and nearly apologized for her desire to be overly attentive each time. We would have appreciated her being a less so. She just seemed to linger each time she checked in with us. Not necessary and did not add to our experience. I'd definitely go again and would hope for a different server. If my pasta arrived too salty again, I'd request it be remade but would hope this isn't the case. Very cool adult vibe. Great date night venue.

The standout dishes were the mortadella appetizer and the broccoli in tahini sauce. The cheesecake was also delicious. However, all the dishes were oversalted by at least 50%, which is unnecessary when the ingredients are fresh. One of the pastas was almost inedible bc it was so salty but we were taking someone to dinner and didn't want to make a fuss. Also, the pasta portions to share family style are the size of an appetizer...just not a lot of food, especially since the prices are quite high for Italian. The pizza my husband wanted was the same price as a steak dish, which should just not be the case. I liked the vibe and the service was great, but I'm 100% about the food and it wasn't worth the price, in my opinion. The salt levels were a real disappointment.

House made pasta. Woodfired pizza with outstanding dough/crust and ingredients, variety of starters. Everthing cooked to perfection. Happy, hospitable employees who go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Ambiance is comfortable and classy, wear jeans, wear a hoodie, wear a blazer anything goes. Beautiful bar ...and did I mention house made pasta? Fantastic dessert capped off the meal. If in Ballard, don't miss this outstanding restaurant. You can tell the people who work here are treated well and provide customers excellent service. Thanks Amber you made our family holiday dinner a great memory. Can't wait to return and highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Place empty when we walked in . The server is flat un attentive. , lack of knowledge . The food came and all the first courses dirty plates are still on the table and she is not where to be found. Just a bad experience w the server spend 450$ and tip her 18% when she deserved probably 10 % never coming back . Food was good service bad .I understand if the place is busy but. when is empty cuz the Seahawks games no excuses.

We stayed at the Ballard Hotel and had dinner at Stoneburner. The experience was above expectations. The atmosphere is upscale, with a well appointed, medium-dark wood elegance. An sophisticated feel. The noise level is considerably lower than most popular restaurants. I emphasize the ambiance of the restaurant because that, to us, it is a very important feature of an enjoyable dining experience. The food was wonderful. we had a a series of small plates that included crispy olives. steak tar tar, oysters and a flat bread Burrata. All were delicious and well prepared. The drinks were excellent as well. The service was very friendly and accommodating. We had interaction with the hostess, bartender and our server. All bent over backwards to make sure we had a great experience. We did . It was a very leisurely and memorable dinner. We highly recommend Stoneburner.

We loved everything about our evening. The cocktails were creative with perfect combinations of ingredients. All the menu items are shareable so we were able to try quite a few dishes. We couldn't decide which one we liked best. They were all wonderful. Our main server was very attentive. Additional staff brought dishes out as they were prepared so everything was hot and fresh. We'll be back soon.

We had a great time at Stoneburner. The food is unbeatable! Our table wasn't ready, so we had to wait about 15 min. in the hotel lobby. A complimentary beverage would have been the only nice thing as we rushed to get there only to wait. Or an update alerting us that we'd have to wait. It also took a while for the waitress to greet us. And then after the food was delivered, we didn't see her again. We needed to leave to catch a show, and so after waiting a while, looking for her with no success, we decided to just get up and pay at the front, again, only to have to wait for someone to be at the greet stand. All in all, it was a good experience because the food was phenomenal. Service just needs to up their game.

Loved it here! Server was great, food was solid, and even though Maps said they were closed, they were open. Sitting next to the kitchen made the whole experience even cooler.

The food, ambience, and service were outstanding. It was a little bit noisier than we would prefer but it didn't prevent us from having a great time. Highly recommend Stoneburner. It's not easy to find parking in Ballard but the Hotel Ballard has a parking garage so we parked there instead of looking for parking forever. :-)
