The drink is 5 dollars before tax whic is very expensive. I went to grab food for my family and he said next time make ur family come get food, we ordered on Ubereats and I showed him that my family order but he said u maybe stealing. And he was being racist. Never going back to this place ever again. If u going to take my money you need to respect me

Good people but the bathroom is supposebly always broken how has it not been fixed. I think it works they just don't trust the customers. I had to use the bathroom to pee so bad I went in to buy food and then they told me it was broken.

Really bad subway, don’t go here. Watched the guy stick his hands in his pants in the back office to scratch himself and then came out yelling at some women sitting down.Apparently he told her she has 5 mins and then needs to leave but I was more caught off by how gross he was and he works with food. Who hired this guy? I just left cause it’s obvious bad subway and a horrible location for one.

This place is the worst when it comes to Customer Service they actually seem prejudice , for one they don't speak to you when you enter the establishment although I have seen them speak to a woman that walked in before me and that was of their race , I have patronized this place twice just to see if it was me maybe overreacting and it was not me they definitely are rude and do not have any Customer Service skills at all it is our money the Patrons that keep their business thriving and alive I would suggest that they take a step back and analyze and take some classes on service . I have watched them just throw my sandwhich together and throw everything into a bag and I work in the area which is why I went to them in the first place but I will no longer give my money or my time to them first off take pride in what you do and how you do it , Greet and take care of your paying Customers treat us with care because without us your business will not thrive . Actually I give this establisment 0 starts but because I had to add something to post I added 1 star don't waste your money or your time.

Came here on new years eve to pick up a doordash order and was told they were out of bread, even though I could clearly see a bunch of bread in the bread box. After a few minutes of watching them make everyone who wasn't white their order I had to unassign the order.

Thought I’d drop a recent review. The store was fully staffed when I went here. The food was fresh and the portions were good. The most important thing is, the store IS clean. Despite the incoming traffic of both displaced folk and customers they keep the place very neat and it does not feel like a dump at all. Everyone was really kind and I can say that if there were any problems within the last 6 months they are seemingly resolved.

Went to this particular subway in Seattle, if you’re having visited several over the years. As soon as I walked in, I felt like this was going to be a bad experience, and it was. She was the cheapest nastiest server I’ve ever encountered in a subway. The chipotle sauce was watered down. I wanted to have spinach on the sandwich she said there was none, when I pointed to the fact that there was spinach she reluctantly gave me just few leaves when I asked for more she in a very nasty way said no. All the toppings were very limited in quantity and even though I asked for more she would not. I asked her to cut the Patties she refused. So then I insisted and very reluctantly she did it. Also this place is highly under staffed we had to wait for 20 mins to be served but never go there.
