Went to this location at 1030am on a Saturday and they were closed, even though they were supposed to be open at 9am. Some shady employee was cleaning the windows inside and told me to come back in 10 minutes, so I left because it seemed very sketchy. Corporate needs to evaluate this location becasue this was the second time I have went there and both times was very sketchy and strange.

This store was very understaffed with only one (great) employee working all positions. Honestly, nobody should ever put up with working for this company. Management should seriously consider kicking things into gear before all remaining employees quit.

Ordered online. Came to pick it up 20 minutes later. Still wasnt made. They were prioritizing ppl who were in line. This defeats the whole purpose of online order. Waited almost 30 mins..had to just give my order to someone waiting in line bkus i had to go back to work bkus my lunch break was over. It would have taken too much time to get a refund..Dont waste your time if you have somewhere to be..

Placed my order on the app and came in 20 minutes later when it was supposed to be ready. They had not even started the order and waited over 30 more minutes after i told them i was there for my order before getting my food.

Subway is our go to for fast food and one of the delights of Subway is the fresh bread. This time we were very disappointed because there was about an inch of bread that was stale around the entire footlong for each of us. We had hoped for wheat or multigrain but they were out of everything else but white. They were also almost out of the veggie patties, we got the last two. Considering we went at 6:30 p.m. it seems like the location needs to consider that they're in a busy part of town and stock up better.The woman who made our sandwiches was nice, sweet, and professional, but it was clear she was understaffed being on her own.
