Such a hassle to do an app pickup when I have to pull out my wallet and show ID for a damn sandwich, completely defeating the efficiency of a mobile pick up order. I understand there has been “fraud” with app orders but this is just simply a ridiculous policy for a SubWay to implement.

IDing people for subway is ridiculous. Not sure what kind of fraud you could possibly be experiencing but as a business owner there's gotta be something more sensible you could do to combat that problem. This is the first time i've ever seen a policy this ridiculous get implemented. When there's 3 subways within a mile radius, you gotta do something to stand out, and you guys are doing everything in your power to have negative publicity instead of positive

The guy working today asked to see my ID for an online order after they stopped asking for ID months ago. The guy said he asks everyone who orders online for an ID but that's not true. I came in a few weeks ago and he asked for my name and gave me my sandwich. I will not be going back to this subway until I can place my order online and not be asked for my ID because that's just stupid as hell to ID someone for a sub sandwich. There's much better sub shops i can go to that wont ID me.

Ordered from the app but the store manager denied the pick up since I didn’t have my ID(which was no where mentioned while placing the order). They wouldn’t even cancel the order(I can’t either from the app).

This is in response to the comment from the owner left under my initial review, since it will not allow me to respond there.

I came in for a pick-up order yesterday late afternoon/evening and had an extremely unpleasant experience with one of your staff members. When I approached the front to ask about my order, he abruptly and rudely dismissed me, telling me to move to the side because someone was in line. I moved aside and waited and I politely explained that I was just there for a pick-up order, but he said he didn’t care and insisted I wait, then demanded my ID.

I provided my name and ID politely, and after showing it to him, he finally grabbed my sandwich and handed it to me, all while maintaining a frown and barely paying attention. The sandwich itself was also poorly made and did not taste good; I actually gave one away.

This staff member displayed a miserable, unpleasant, and unfriendly demeanor, which I find unacceptable for someone in customer service. I may have to escalate this to corporate, as the experience was downright awful and unnecessary.

For reference, he was closest to the checkout, may have been wearing a hat, and appeared slightly shorter than the other employee on duty, though I am not certain.

I haven't visited a Subway is years, but this location is down the street from my work site and I've been getting around on foot.
Service was good, male employee helped me with patience as I wasn't exactly sure what to order. The price was fair for a footlong. My only complaints are the portion size of the meats & the following day I returned to try another sandwich with new sauces and my stomach was aching of pain shortly after eating the first half of the sandwich. Not sure the cause but hoping all the ingredients are as fresh as they promote!
Good luck with parking you are better off on foot, lime bike/scooter or Uber/lyft.

Avoid this location if you can. The “manager” sounds like she’s heavily under the influence of something and she’s rude. My order showed as delivered, but wasn’t anywhere to be found and when I called to inquire, she told me that it wasn’t her problem. I will be contacting corporate.

Went to this location at 1030am on a Saturday and they were closed, even though they were supposed to be open at 9am. Some shady employee was cleaning the windows inside and told me to come back in 10 minutes, so I left because it seemed very sketchy. Corporate needs to evaluate this location becasue this was the second time I have went there and both times was very sketchy and strange.

Bread seems much smaller, noticed wrapped in foil instead of parchment paper, overall decent but order through app , still 20-30 min wait time for food

The employees here never listen to what you want and are very slow. It should not take 10 minutes to make a 5 ingredient sandwich!
