Not a 24 hour subway, I just went in at 2:30 am and he said we aren’t serving now, need to wait for 30 mins, I mean why would I wait for 30 mins just to get a sub , lol

24 hour subway that told us we couldn’t order for 40 minutes because they had to do paperwork? 2 people, 2 subs. Told us to go to the other subway but the other subway told people to go to this one. It would have taken 5 minutes to make 2 meals but they turned two paying customers away for laziness.

Ordered a footlong and was charged $4 above the price I saw on the menu. I asked about it. The guy said the menu is old and he can't do anything about it. Not sure if this is the specific franchise's fault or Subway's, but please update your menu to match the prices you charge.

NEVER AGAIN!!!! First of all when I walk into the door there were two younger guys talking to someone on speakerphone. One of the guys went to help me while the other guy continue to talk on his speakerphone aloud. I proceeded to tell the gentleman I wanted three footlongs with extra meat. Then 3 more guys walked in, and they all started talking on the same call. Except for 1 who just stared at me. Wow, just a hang out I guess, definitely don't feel same with the environment ??♂️.I had a coupon for 3-ft longs for 20 bucks. I knew I would pay extra for extra meat, but you can imagine my surprise when he said $56!!!! I then told the guy I have a coupon for three for $20, he then told me they do not do coupons. And actually the machine was broken?! He then begrudgingly gave me a little bit of a discount, about $10 off lol. The problem I have is that I've always used coupons at this particular Subway location so I'm very surprised that they no longer accept coupons.
ALL THE SANDWICHES HAD STALE BREAD!!! Definitely wasn't fresh baked, like the guy said!!!! Garbage, sandwiches weren't hardly edible, bread hard couldn't even eat it??♂️.

Employee told me I had to wait 20 minutes put in the order in the hopes that I'll leave. 10 minutes into waiting another desirable customer comes in behind me. Within 2 minutes the employee is asking me what I want. Obviously just to get to the next customer and satisfactory time. I still made it that mf make my sandwich. But the service was horrible. Then didn't want to break my money... Sorry loser
