If I could give a zero I would. I went there on my lunch break and paid for my food and it said approved through the terminal and the money was taken out of my bank and they refused to give me my food. The manager was rude and told me unless I pay again I wasn’t getting my food, I’m not paying twice for my food when I showed her and I even left a tip.

I spent $65 on lunch for my family at this Subway. I asked for a cup of water and was told that I had to buy bottled water. $65 and being refused an extra cup doesn't make sense. There are a lot better places to eat than this Subway.

This subway is horrific, overpriced, has terrible customer service, and so much more. The staff is so unfriendly and does not care as they are on their phone and lack of hospitality. For a $18 - $22 sandwich, which is OVER PRICED, they sprinkle lettuce like it is gold, and you have to keep asking over and over. I had given this place several tries, and it just did not get any better. Definitely, DO NOT GO HERE as there is a Subway location at Komo Center (across the street from Space Needle), and is slightly better in pricing.

Came here to order 2 fountain drinks. We waited in line for 25 minutes, and when we got to the "Order Here" sign, the sandwich artist asked us to order the drinks at the cashier. We waited in a smaller line for another 5 minutes and when we asked to purchase fountain drinks, the cashier told us that they don't have any and the machine doesn't work. We had to purchase bottled drinks which had a very limited selection. After purchasing the drinks we ate at a near by table, and after 15 minutes passed, we noticed the subway line wasn't as long. We started to see people with subway fountain drink cups?Basically, spend your money elsewhere. The cashier lied to us and bullied us into purchasing bottled drinks.

Terrible place.People hardly speak any English.Very slow, no focus on customers at all. Waited 10 minutes for 1 customer then the person disappeared and new person didn't speak English at all and was trying to serve something based on her choice. Avoid it by all means.

Terrible service, the woman working there didn’t even change her gloves after she was using her cellphone. Next time, I will better wait in the longest line at ANY other restaurant but not here.

Terrible service. When I ordered, the people at the counter refused to speak. They waited for customers to say anything and rather than ask them questions about what we wanted, they just stared. Before I had a chance to tell them what toppings I wanted, they had put everything on it, before toasting. I was okay with having all the toppings, but because they toasted after putting everything on, the meat and cheese was completely cold while the dressing was hot. It was poorly assembled so the hot ranch just fell right out the sandwich everywhere. It was pretty much inedible. The organization made no sense and no one in line knew what was going on either.

Overpriced and they do not give you enough meat. I got double meat on a foot long and the entire sandwich did not fill me and I do not eat much. The double meat sandwhich should be the normal size for a sandwich $7 less than what they charge. Footlong double meat American $17.
