Watched the lady touch her face and hair before putting on gloves, touching the whole glove including the fingers while putting them on. I asked if she could wash her hands before making my order. I then watched her run her hands under water for maybe 5 seconds before wiping them dry with paper towels. I left.

I'm not eating anywhere where I can watch in real-time an employee demonstrate that they dont know how to wash their hands. There's a whole section dedicated to handwashing when you get your food handler's card.

Cheap skate franchisee will only let you order certain sandwiches when using coupons in person, despite the coupon saying “get any footlong” right on it. Order online to avoid that.. They also just slam pickup orders together and don’t pay attention to what you ordered. I was missing 3+ ingredients last time and no sauce despite ordering all of those items. It’s a lose-lose situation at this subway and I’ll never order here again

The absolute worst! They choose to not set up their phone line and are more rude in person.

This Subway review is mostly a reminder not to dine out in Seattle whatsoever. The disappointing portions paired with unbelievable prices will make you wonder if Jeff Bezos alone is keeping the local restaurant businesses open as a joke.

For the price of a single sandwich, you could by enough ingredients for 6

If not washing a dish or two after throwing a sandwich together is worth 12 extra dollars to you- why are you going to Subway for their crappy food?

Included is a picture of my sandwich vs a comparable $ worth of ingredients.

Don’t order online. Go in person. Something is always missing/made wrong when ordering online. Today, for example, there’s no cheese on my steak and cheese and they either don’t toast take-out orders or their toaster oven needs maintenance. Going in person to order is fine. Space is super clean and staff is nice. Just don’t order online.

Good guys, slightly undercooked sandwich, and the worst pretzel I've had in my life.

Not a pretzel by any but the most uncultured, trailer-trash, southern interpretation of a pretzel. I would expect this to be in a dollar store in Arkansas,

Avoid the pretzel.

I used go here alot. Unfortunatly the staff has been in decline. The sandwich makers barley know english (we all have a right to work but there is no clear communication). The manager sits at a tabel in the open doing his paperwork. But the biggest issue is the coupons. Coupons are only accepted if you order from a limited menu. This menu is not posted on the cupons, on the website, or on any flyers in the store. They do have a very small sign handwritten in pen ink on folded up piece of paper with a list of sandwiches "available" for cupon use..... as long as you make 0 modifications to your meal. ? The paper sign is obviously not from some subway HQ or any official franchise postage. This poor managment decision has left me and many people i know upset. We cant cash in the junkmail coupons that we recievd. With 0 to little restristions on the fine print said coupons we leave hungry, angry, confused, and spending more money then we budgeted for. Its honestly quite sad. With the overpriced footlongs, the bad quality of food, and skimping on the portion sizes its hard to let anyone waste their money here. I will not be doing my buisness here anymore.

I just stopped in while running errands. First I waited 5 minutes while a man I assume is the owner was speaking with an employee. He started my order, toasted my sandwich, then left it sitting in queue while he assisted another employee with a payment issue. He then comes back, ignores me and moves to the next customer, who he proceeds to take through the queue around me, completely skipping me. Terrible customer service.

My sandwich artist was pretty stand-offish. The portions were super skimpy. A lot of the vegetables didn't look fresh so I skipped most of the stuff I usually get. The meat also looked not so tasty. At least they let me use my coupon. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location.
