The employee was okay compared to last time I was at this location years ago. The sandwich was okay ?? I haven't eaten subway for over 4-6 years and honestly for similar prices I could have made a better sandwich at home. Also be aware the smell is horrible, ones I was done with my order my entire clothes smelled so horrible I had to change my clothes.

I find it really annoying that people love to post bad reviews when they have a mediocre experience, rarely do people ever share the good. Just went here after the gym with my sister to pick up a quick lunch and service was very friendly and the prices are great

I ordered 2 sandwiches online and both of them were done wrong. I was very clear with what I wanted in them as I am allergic to some things. They put things I did not ask on both sandwiches and me being allergic to one of the things they put on mine and could not eat it. When I went in to pick it up I had to wait for him to count money to give me the sandwich even tho it was already paid for and I could not understand him as he would mumble and talk too quiet. I tried to call because I was too far away to go back and I did not get an answer.

This place has an ideal location and very little competition. Of course, it is run terribly and is the worst Subway in Seattle. Which is a total shame because it could a community mainstay. Just a shame, sell it or fix it. I won't be coming back.

Worst experience ever. We placed a mobile order for pick up at 1:35. Arrived and they had no proof of order from us. Showed them the order confirmation, confirmed the right address, and was told they still couldn't make the order. Little "manager" guy called the owner and was told not to make the order, that we needed to call corporate to resolve. Mind you, this was an order for two sandwiches totaling about $15. Waited a few more minutes and received lecture from "manager" that he was just doing his job and couldn't make our order because it wasn't showing in their "system." Again, showed the confirmation email and was told that didn't matter, we had to call corporate to resolve. Asked what the number was and was told to look it up. Called the store 45 minutes later to ask how we get our money back and was told the order was now ready for pick up. Seriously? Worst management I have ever seen in any industry.
