Beware of inflated prices here. They charged alot more than other Subway stores because the franchise owners have jacked up all the prices. I got the EXACT same meal less than 3 miles from here and it was nearly $2.50 less. They also don’t allow you to order the Meal of The Day in person, you can only do that online and pick it up?? Doesn’t make any sense. I tried to explain to the staff, but they didn’t seem to care. The store was very dirty and there was no brewed iced tea at all. I won’t ever go back to this store, nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. I’m only giving it 2 stars because, thankfully the food didn’t make me sick.

I ordered for a sub with extra sauces and veggies but they hardly put anything in and my colleague who picked up my order said there were new trainees who probably messed up with my sub. Tried calling their number from google and it’s showing number doesn’t exist.

I just got done getting a sub sandwich from this store. Haven’t been here in years & it explains why I stopped going. I ordered thru the app a footlong sub. First, I ordered Italian herb & cheese bread & they gave me Italian. Second, I ordered cheese & got no cheese as well. It doesn’t even look like they put all the sauces I asked for. Can they not read or something? I thought when you fill out the application you have to be able to read & write, maybe not.

I will never visit this location ever again. The order was all wrong. None of the additional toppings i ordered through app was added on all the sandwiches. Not to mention the lady working there was super rude and was talking on the phone the whole time.

We pass three other Subways to go to this location. The food is always super fresh, no slimy vegetables or pink lettuce, and the staff are the absolute best. They really take their time to listen and make you a great sandwich. I think that any bad reviews must have the location confused by the nearby location on 125th. We've been coming to the 145th location for years and have had nothing but great experiences. I've never been inclined to write a review for any chain restaurants but this one deserves the accolades.

My family needed something late, subway was still open, we ordered 4 sandwiches and 3 bags of chips for over $50 plus tip it was like $65! My youngest sons sandwich was burned, he wouldn't even touch it... My sandwich had stale bread and the lettuce was dead and wilted. I was not satisfied with our dinner and the way inflation is today I don't appreciate having to waste money on a thing like bad food.
