Just like every other subway, worst customer service ever. Don’t know why I keep trying. They are the only fast food company in existence that forces employees to work alone for hours. They’re obviously not concerned in the slightest with employee safety. I’ve had several employees in the past tell me about close calls with violent intruders. Subway should be investigated.

I entered shop at 9:48. The sign clearly says OPEN but I was denied service. They said they were closed already. I know they close at 10 but if I could have ordered and paid I would have been out by 10.:00.

Placed an order for pickup and waited for over 30min in the store while the only person on staff spent the entire time trying to process an expired coupon for some entitled old guy. The staffer called the owner/manager (who was obviously not very helpful) like 4 times, and after 30mins they ended up telling the customer they won’t honor it so he left without his food.I feel bad for the guy working there because it obviously sucks but he was being pretty sassy when customers checked in to see the wait, when I just tried to ask him if he started my DoorDash and if I could cancel it he made eye contact, mumbled something and just continued ignoring me.
