Fix the soda machine. I ordered a combo set with the goal of enjoying a soda but the machine has been broken for 3+ months now. Every time I go in the employee has no clue when it’ll be fixed.

Don't go here. Horrible service. Ordered online, an employee could hardly accommodate me when I got there for an item I paid for that they didn't have. Had to ask her multiple times to replace the $7.99 i paid for a pizza, and they didn't have it, and after multiple options, I asked for she agreed to a measly 6" sandwich. My meat was cold in my cheese steak sandwich, I didn't want it toasted, and it was missing the green peppers. A key ingredient in cheese steak! Also, the Italian bread was horribly hard. I used to work at Subway for 4 years, and I know the quality and how fresh things should be. And it was not here. Wasted $50 here. Never again. Horrible location for good service and good food.

Will charge regular price with minimum barely anything in the sandwich. Being very cheap.
I fear this location is beyond saving. Half the time I show up an hour before closing and they’re closed. I don’t know how my sandwich is royally screwed up every single time I actually do make it inside because they’re making it right in front of me. I should have learned my lesson but after tonight I’ll just choose a different location. I asked for turkey and pepperoni (normal for me), she gave me half and half but still charged double meat. I asked for pepper Jack cheese, she put American on it. They look similar so I didn’t notice. I asked for a small amount of Sriracha, she absolutely drenched the sandwich in it. And the bread was rock hard. I’m paying $20 for this footlong it would be so nice if it was correct.

It’s currently 850pm they close in 30 min. The 2 women had cleaned up everything and when I entered they said no we closing early. So unprofessional. If ur open until 930pm keep the promise. And while I was looking for a different place they left at 9:08. And 3 other group of people came and left after they realized it’s closed She had her daughter w her

I’m not sure why everyone is so mad that this location doesn’t take coupons. I haven’t seen a single subway location in the city that does. I always online order so can’t comment about the wait but the employees have always been very nice when handing over the sandwich. I’ve found the quality of ingredients and quantity of meat pretty good for a $13 meal.
