Would not recommend coming to this establishment unless you feel like waiting for the employee to finish a bunch of togo sandwiches before receiving service. I gave him the decency of letting him complete a few togo orders before attempting to order just for him to tell me to wait some more. Left after another 10 minutes of wait. As someone who has worked in the food industry for many years, it’s just basic courtesy to prioritize in house customers. Especially if theyve been waiting a while already. I was given no thank you, no smile, only rudeness. Just absolutely abysmal customer service. Will not be returning and I pity those who do.

They’re selling cokes off a 6-pack for full price, which is deceitful.They mis-labeled my veggie patty sandwich a ham sandwich and billed me more.They were very nonchalant and indifferent when called out on it. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

I tried calling and got a message barely understandable. Got to the store and staffer was on cell phone. Probably why she didn't answer my call. She was not friendly, no smile, not sure she even spoke English as she was unable to answer most of my questions. Food qas OK but I've had much better at other stores.

Whenever I order food from a place near this store, the driver always gets stuck here for 15 min+ for another order. I already avoid this store because of unsanitary food, but now their slow service is even effecting orders from other stores. Someone needs to get fired or shut down.

Friendly staff , just needs more training. After working at the subway franchise for seven plus years, I know my ins and outs of the system. The employee did not know his way around the coupon section of the pos, which I highly recommend training in. Tried to turn me away after saying it would be accepted. There are options in the system to not only select coupon that are automatically in the system memory, but also to manually scan a coupon sent in by the subway franchise. On top of that, after finally accepting the coupon, he threw it away instead of putting it underneath the cash section of the register so it can be used later that night during the EOD paperwork. Proper employee training is what makes or breaks a location.

Order delivered was wrong. The receipt had the right item - ( refund on sandwich only ). but still had to pay for delivery and service charge. So my wife ate a few bites. It was not good. She got food poisoning shortly - puking and diarrhea. Horrible place. We never go here - but thought the order was from a different location. Avoid this location at all costs…

I felt so uncomfortable in this shop. The guy making my sandwiches was basically drooling all over me and calling me beautiful and asking who my sandwich is for. Wildly inappropriate.The ham being used was dry on the edges like it has been sitting there for days. The containers had frost on them like something is wrong with refrigeration- or has not been changed out like they should do every time you get fresh veggies cut.This shop is filthy.You should be shut down for harassment and uncleanliness.

World's slowest subway. The employee on duty very slowly assembled each sub and I waited over 15m in a three person line. Additionally, he spent a good 5 minutes arguing with a woman about her gift cards. A large portion of this was the customer, but it's also on the staff.

Ordered online. Was told it was ready. When I got there I was told it wasn't ready and there were 4 people in front of me come to find out they had made my sandwich, stopped in the middle of my order to serve other customers. When all 4 people were served and left she gets back to making the other sandwiches in my order. I asked she remake the one she had started and left on the counter but she refused. There's a reason this store has low stars
