I read several really bad reviews.But wanted to see for myself.Wish I didn't.Worst human working there. Rude without a cause. Or any provocation. Ignorant, arrogant,disrespectful, don't have any manners, don't care about making sales for the store. If he has this much hate for his job, or for himself, he shouldn't be in this place making sandwiches. What are his motives??? Drive customers away. Subjecting new customers to mental abuse, and torment.Make customers lose appetite.This place been here for many years.I have no idea what they saw in this person to allow him to represent this business, and deal with customers.Maybe the management was desperate, and hired from the bottom , because no one wants to work there.Bad customer service, old vegetables, bad surroundings, lots of sketchy people hanging around, difficult parking , extremely busy parking lot, difficult in & out, then after dealing with everything else outside the store, you come in , you find this extremely bad rude person , you lose your appetite, and regret coming there. And it was a big waste of valuable time., and you realize they don't deserve your business, and money.Also they don't accept subway coupons.I highly recommend avoiding this place.If must be Subway , then please go to another location.

I went to this location at 11:30 AM on Sunday June 4, 2023. I offered to pay for a homeless person’s sub, who came in a couple of minutes after I did. The attendant was adding my and my daughter’s sub at the till. I asked him to ring up the homeless person’s sub with mine also. He basically ignored me, and I asked him a second time (admittedly probably with a note of condescension after he didn’t respond to me the first time). He then barked at me to watch my tone and then talked rudely to me. I then told him that he could watch his tone with me also. Consequently, I just left my merchandise on the counter, walked out, and got the homeless person something next door at the Food Mart where the service wasn’t rude.I would be happy to remove this negative review if management for this location responds to this review stating that they’ve talked to this employee who was working at this time about what acceptable customer service is.

I went to the subway at 7:30pm and no one was in the lobby to greet me or take my order. Some kid finally comes out from the back after a couple minutes of me saying “hello, hello” and he proceeds to tell me “yeah we close in two minutes” I say oh sorry for coming right before closing hours I don’t live around here. He was extremely rude and had poor customer service. Long story short I looked online and saw they don’t close until 8:00pm and when I called back to speak to a manager the kid answered so I hung up. Very unprofessional location to say the least…

$20 for a footlong meal! Enough said. My wife also confirmed as others have said that they do not take coupons. There is simply no reason to pay so much for a mediocre sandwich, cookies and a watery soda. Do not go here.

It's 7:23 dude locked the door and ran into the back shop closes at 8, just for anybody who is trying to come here, they close earlier than they suppose to which means whoever worked Saturday 8/6/22 and was the closer he's losing money for the company.
