The best subway I’ve been too, service is great, employees are very nice and welcoming, and it’s very clean. They even have really good specials, a drink chips and a 6inch sub for $10 ?? Awesome!

Prepare to haggle & get side-eyed if you want a reasonable amount of lettuce or veggies. Expect the sub ends to be a mouthful of bread. Every catering or online order I've done here results in serious skimping.

Been coming here 8+ years. It's at an all-time low. The Subway further down Rainier gives the standard experience, which was a reminder of how bad this location has become.

I’m not usually a subway fanatic but these workers deserve a raise. When you take into account that they’re open 24 hours, it becomes even more impressive. Amazing service and cleanliness despite being on Rainier.

Weird how this subway has different pricing (higher prices) even though they pay the same taxes as the other subways in Seattle city limits. 9.99 for a 6 inch sandwich of the day. When I can go to Rainier Beach or 4th Ave where I can get a foot long meal for the same price. Incredible

He comes to eat at the two different shifts, the morning shifts are heavy And they give you the food very simple, something that matters to you.
But the young ladies in the afternoon are a great love, an excellent service with them.

Good day, I personally hate doing negative reviews but this experience a couple of days ago is worth mentioning. I used to frequent this Subway location when I worked across the street at the QFC back in '04. What caught me with this experience as it was a late nite run on the way home; is the young gent that's usually there is probably confused on how customer service works. As I have spent years in hospitality; one aspect that is known of all who works in hospitality is the very simple fact that you need to a have capital customer service mindset; no matter how your day is going. If it was a one-off then perhaps it wouldn't be an issue, but my lady friend also went up there and explained to me the young mans attitude towards her as well; which indicates a pattern. Disrespectful, very short in his responses; pretended he couldn't hear the requests for the order...almost the exact same instances with her situation. As mentioned, if you don't want to work in this type of industry; perhaps a warehouse may be more suitable as with any job where you have to deal with the public as a whole...you have to present yourself in a fashion in where your trying to initiate return service thus keeping the business profitable. Again, I've been coming to that location for a while now (over a couple a decades); haven't had any issues so it wouldn't be far to knock the store as a whole. Just the young man that obviously has a personal issue working there; has a problem exceeding in his responsibilities as an individual providing service to the masses. Only advice I have for those who work at night; be mindful of this location or rather one of the young men at this location at night as your in for a lack of customer service and it will play a role on your experience there. Good day to my Seattlites and welcome to those new to our fair city.

Nothing, but positive experience with staff and service at this location. They are friendly and quick. I appreciate the cleanliness and that ingredients taste fresh. Naomi, one of the servers, is great and will definitely be coming back soon!
