Taller gentleman with dark brown long beard, was really really slow, very stingy on ingredients and was getting in the way of the other workers. Didn't get his name but im sure yall will know who it is. Terrible service. Got a really thin sandwich and it looked really messy in there. Also didn't wrap my sandwich well and it fell out the paper. No napkins or anything

i love this location and the staff is so nice EXCEPT for the older lady working 6/12 in the evening. she was so insanely rude!! and for what?? twice now she’s treated me so rudely for absolutely no reason. i’d ditch her if i was you guys

Kelly provided excellent customer service last night and went above and beyond. She really made our night! I always stop at this location when I am headed to concerts downtown. Highly recommend this location. Always very clean and great service.

Wouldnt honor coupon's even though there is a 6.99 footlong deal on the app. i had a physical coupon also. Usually the ladies that are here are very nice and good but the guys that were here this time that cashiered me out weren't that great…. The guy that prepared my sandwich was good though.
