Easy online order with good sandwiches. The restaurant could use some cleaning but staff is always very friendly.

I have ordered The Beast MANY times at other locations. It clearly states there is 1/2 lb of meat and I usually split a footlong since it's so hearty. I accidentally ordered at this location instead of the other 4th Ave location and didn't expect anything different than the usual. I got home and the amount of meat was half, if not less.
When I went to pickup, the location was dead, totally empty. When I got home and saw the sandwich, I tried to call several times over time. No answer. I complained to corporate and it's been a couple of weeks, no response. Will not come back to this location again.

I can't believe they don't have mozzarella anymore. It is crazy! Also, did you guys know the 1st owner was struggling to be successful, and he was failing, so he opened another franchise to gaslight people into believing it was good. And it worked! I read these while eating my tuna sandwich with cheese&brocoli soup! I love it 😀

Yeah I wasn't real impressed with their I couldn't taste any bacon on my sandwich I mean to me if you get a bacon it should anyway I didn't think it was that good you know they never heat up the egg for stealer they always put the egg in cold and it's never called it's still still cool when you get it out. Also they're in a big hurry to go so they never have time to put on the toppings on there it's like go go go go go when there's nobody in there. They put so lil cheese on there now, why even bother. It's not a track meet.
Parking: The parking is very wonky 428 Kmart's on Saturday so there was more parking so I would I would definitely watch yourself because the road is like an hour so it's very narrow there so you're got to be careful.

There was one man there who did everything. He was very polite and friendly. Of course the sandwiches were really delicious, fresh and hot. Nice atmosphere and the store was really clean. Thank you.
