They have a sign at home bathroom door that says out of service. I was very hungry and wanted to go pee, but I did not get any service, when you will have the bathrooms put me a sign outside, to tell me that you fixed the bathroom and I will gladly go to eat there

They do not except ANY coupons mail in lr digital. They only do the sub of the day deal. They also refuse to do any of the promos

The employee who made our lunch went above and beyond to fix our gift card balance. Thanks!

The Indian women who works there has bad service and is giving food like it’s coming out of her paycheck wouldn’t come back other locations are way better never had a problem before

Literally only went in because I got a page of coupons in my mail box. Immediately the guy tells me they don't take coupons. That's their prerogative and all, but just pretty dang disappointing. I live at the apartment complex attached to the store, and would have liked to make it a reliable lunch spot. But $15 for a mediocre sandwich is too much. The cafe next door has better sandwiches for the same price.

They’re my Goated subway now that my old one closed. They don’t honor coupons but like no subway around here does anyways so who cares. Very nice dude at the counter, very speedy?

It's a subway. You can't go wrong, you can't go that right. It's a subway. Ordered ahead, food was ready on time, they're meeting the bar. But, it's a subway, the bar is pretty straightforward.

Parking: The parking right out front is very tight and often full. The parking garage is usually better, but it's not super close by either.

Surprisingly, a nice alternative for breakfast from the Jewel Box cafe just right next door. Friends just needed someplace to gather before the matinee. Got a nice sandwich and coffee. Nothing fancy. The guy at the counter was very friendly and glad to have the business so early.

I ordered 2 meatball subs with double meat online, brought them home to rewrap for later and find out I was cheated on the meat. There should be 16 meatballs in a double order but they only gave 11 each. I won't be back and I don't suggest you waste your money here either, unless you order in person and make sure you get what you're paying for. I guess they just think it's easier to scam people who pay online.
