The guy that was working on August 12th(the day of this review) was apparently upset because we ordered 5 sandwiches through the app and I did not add the tip on the app. I like to tip in person once I have received my order. His exact words as I was putting my tip in the tip jar, were..”Big order but no tip huh?” I told him I don’t like to tip through the app, I prefer to tip in person! Normally I will tip very generously even though I know I don’t have to!! It’s not my fault he was the only person working, that’s how it has been every time I’ve walked into this store. There was an in person big order, THAT I WAITED FOR HIM TO COMPLETE mind you, before asking for my order, which was already done and sitting behind the counter, and he did not ask that person for a tip NOR DID THEY GIVE ONE! Our sandwiches were very poorly made, probably due to the fact that he thought he wasn’t getting a tip.
If you don’t want to do the job you clearly signed up to do WITHOUT expecting someone to tip you then just don’t work in the industry. You work at a fast food chain, you get paid to make the food that is sold at that store.
Needless to say, I won’t be giving this particular store my business anymore.

Prices are more expensive than other stores at the Holman location. They don't offer the meal deal like other locations. I paid over $26 for a footlong sub with drink and chips.

I’d give zero if I could. The price is crazily high. DON’T COME HERE TO BUY!!! I hate subway doesn’t show their price upfront. Very sneaky way of operating!

It's Subway. Nothing special. I put in an online order for my meatball sub, but I got there a little early, so it's perfectly understandable that it took a few more minutes.

Sadly Forced to give this location at least 1 star even though they make it VERY clear Who is welcome and who is Not. Then add a huge language barrier and extreme rudeness, way under normal ingredient amounts found at other subways. Sorry but for this kind of money I EXPECT 1000% better. I can cheaply buy all the same stuff in any store, you offer nothing of benefit.

They are ALWAYS very friendly and make you feel like they are happy to see you. The food is always fresh, never wilted and tired like other shops I have been to and they don't skimp on the condiments. I would happily drive 10 miles out of my way when craving a sub to come to this specific shop!

Worst sandwich I've ever had at a Subway. Pre-ordered two sandwiches and when I got there he hadn't started making it yet. Hardly any lettuce, pickles or olives and had asked for extra.

I should've read the reviews. Super rude guy behind the counter, almost manic. Refused to put a reasonable amount of veggies on. The guy argued with me (I was surprised). Literally told me the instructions he was reading are 6 slices of onions. I left with the thinnest lightest wrap I've had. Barely any veggies. Couldn't believe it. Tasted like cardboard.

I had this one worker named Mohan that I’ve known for a while and he was the best worker I’ve ever met at any restaurant always super happy and nice and kind. Overall environment was very great.

Rating 5 stars because the one guy working alone in there deserves the world. Quadruple his pay and give him the keys to the restaurant because he deserves it.

I ordered 4 foot long steak sandwiches with extra meat and extra chipotle sauce in the app. When I went to pick up, the employee had EarPods on and was on a video call. He was rude and refused to give us any sauce. When we opened the sandwiches at home, meat was sprinkled!!! This is the picture you can see. Is this EXTRA MEAT???03/31/2025 at 8:30 pm

Not sure how making a sandwich necessitates a tip. Otherwise it's a subway and tastes like a subway restaurant. Decent new menu items.
