Don’t know what the norm for a Subway is but this place is good! The service is nice, helpful, and understanding, they have bathrooms and seating, the foods good as any other Subway. So if you were hesitant to drop by because the broken door or if they’re good, no need to worry! :)

Came in on a national promotion day but this location and the other one I tried in the University District were not franchise owners participating in this special deal. It it so frustrating to know that other customers around the nation received what we cannot in Seattle. Even the Subway website was of no help, like it was designed to keep one online and going no where. When I have been able to order what I want the sandwich was tasty, if not totally substantial.

First time coming to this location. The service was great by the gentleman present. It's clean and had all the ingredients we wanted. I almost forgot the jalapeños and banana peppers bc they are in tiny containers at the very end, so keep an eye out or you'll miss them.

It's 10:45AM, As I approached, I caught a whiff of the fresh baked garlic herb and cheese bread which instantly got me excited. I see a worker inside and attempt to enter...doors are locked. I stare through the glass, the worker locks eyes with me and and immediately looks down and dips around the corner. I stand there gazing in like a creep and the worker won't acknowledge that I'm outside regardless of making eye contact. Online says their open...? I just want a damn sandwich.

Went to grab a sandwich at 9:30am, hours weren't posted on their door. I checked online, says it opens at 10am - alright that's on me for not checking beforehand. Came back at 10:30 to get a sandwich and it was still closed. Post hours on your door or something, I don't want to come back a third time and have it be closed. Online ordering via the app is also not available for this location and when I try calling the store it just leads me to a weird LLC voicemail. I'm hangry and upset.
