Subway is very good when you are able to direct worker what you want and how much you want there are times when worker is not listening and puts to much mayo or mustard the one always get right is the vinegar when they listen get close to correct I will always leave a tip for worker

DON'T order online. They'll literally help every on-site customer first (even if you're standing in the "Express" line, on-site), and act all indignant when you ask why everyone who has placed an order after you is being helped first. Atrocious customer service.

Kid-friendliness: No changing table for babies.

Been here on two separate occasions, separated by a good number of months, and for some reason their bathroom is always out of order. ??? Same guy that told me it was broken for both months too. Who does he think I am? I’m not gonna pee on the walls and ceilings!

Bro has attitude also. Oh and if you just want straight up bread as your sandwich, you came to the right place!!! Same dude always skimps on toppings so I hope you enjoy the slightly stale sandwich

Whoever was making my food gave me hella attitude cause i came in 10 minutes early when the sandwich was already done being made and told me to come at the time on the app. When I told him that was my sandwich he then gave me even more attitude about how I knew that was my sandwich.

Not a true Subway. Been to other stores with NO ISSUES using paper / mailed coupon. The counter person always rude, will take coupon but always adds up/change the rules not read on the coupon. Always tells what I could get and not. Came here many times with friends so I have witnesses and could prove how bad this place. The glass case been covered so you won’t see if veggies put together are fresh NO GOOD customer service. Quick In and out, NO GOOD FOOD.

I've been here multiple times, but today and previously the owner (what I presume to be the owner) has commanded me to do certain things that I thought were a bit bizzare.

The very first time I came to this Subway, I remember coming a little early, told the owner I was there for a pickup, and just patiently waited at a table. Once I got my food (again, I was happy waiting and I knew I came early) he told me to check my pickup time and to come at that time. I thought this was a bit bizzare, as I wasn't doing anything that was harming the atmosphere, but for some reason he thought to make this remark towards me. A bit odd, I thought, but I left puzzled.

Today at 6:30 P.M, I came to pickup an order, and filled my water bottle with some water. The same person asked me if I got a drink, and I told him I got water and could open my water bottle to prove I did so. He then told me that I had to ask and that "just because I was getting a free sandwich I couldn't get everything for free" (I was taking advantage of a BOGO footlong deal). A bit odd I thought, since no Subway or fast food restaraunt for that matter charged for water, but I thought it made sense since people take advantage of free drinks. I still thought it was slightly odd since I was willing to show him I got water, but I guess he still didn't trust me for whatever reason.

Then, I was eating my food, and this person decided to tell me to order to-go next time, and not dine-in. At 6:30 P.M. According to Google and their hours sign, both say the place closes at 9:30. So why couldn't I dine-in? I asked him why and he mumbled something, but it was hard for me to hear what he said. I decided to just leave, as I didn't want to eat in that kind of a setting.

I felt ridiculed and belittled. Never have I seen someone go to such lengths to try and control their customers. I'll be looking into other Subways around the area to try and give my business to. Absolutely incredulous and baffled by this person's demands.

Although food is superb, it is unbelievable that Sub of the Day does not have any vegetarian options in this store. What is more shocking is that staff is quite complacent about it and not inclusive in approach.

The guy who answered the phones name was Rajun.This man changed my life we had the most heartfelt conversation ever, I told him that I was feeling depressed and that i wanted to end it but he talked me out of it. He got me to worship god and i felt peace within myself. Thank you, Rajun(p.s. only 4 stars because he said he can’t give me a bucket of hot sauce)

Food was awesome and service was great. The atmosphere was not the best because it is a small fast food restaurant and I would have missed it if I wasn't paying attention. Otherwise a great place to grab something on the go or rest up.
