Fine place to wait for ferries running to Bainbridge Island and Bremerton. Very clean, well laid out. If you're walking on, you'll be well served here. Bathrooms were clean. Seating was comfortable and plentiful.
Great dock soon to have an Amazon Go..
Great experience. Easy to navigate...
45 min ferry turned to 3 hours. Missed my best friend’s baby shower please buy another boat to add in rotation. It’s now faster to drive to Bainbridge from Seattle
No complaints.
Beautiful
The best place ,new and modern design so safe place to tourist, I love seattle waterfront!!!!!!
We walked on going east to Bremerton. It's such a nice facility. Seattle government gets a lot wrong. Not inches case. I was pleased at how clean, lot of room, plenty of seating g with 120v/USB receptacles in the seating are. Restroom where large, clean, and well stocked
Great ice cream
Hey, this is our home. Coleman Dock for the Seattle-Bremerton run. I wish it were less expensive but all things considered!!

The staff here are amazing, found my cell phone and arranged for me to pickup on return ferry.
It was great. I loved it!
The elevated platform of the ferry terminal. It is nice as it keeps people who are loitering and not using the facilities as intended. Which was a deliberate design plan and one I support because I was punched in the face while standing outside waiting for the ferry one morning, taking for granted being at the ferry, I let my guard down.
Other than that, it is very safe, and they have state police on site and on vessels.
Coleman Dock is nice. However, the Seattle-Bremerton route is still on approx three and a half hour schedule between sailings.
I called WSDOT customer service and the representative actually admitted they have more than enough qualified employees, it's they just they won't work presumably for better benefits as they're unionized and/or state workers.
Love the ferry system, hope they get more boats.
Gotta walk the dock.
