I see I'm not the only one that hates when the dark-haired guy is doing a shift here, a bunch of recent reviews mention him. Not only is he always rude as hell with his general demeanor, he makes awful sandwiches. I would leave a tip with every order if I knew he wasn't working, I regret leaving a tip for online orders and then seeing him when I pick up knowing I just wasted my money. Literally there's one slice of turkey when there should be 5x more. 3 slices of olives lol. Only being generous with 3 stars because the other staff are MUCH better.

Have ordered more than ten times using the subway app to pick up at this store. This store always skips adding veggies and sauces because the pick up order is wrapped and packed so the customer cannot verify if everything is in there as per their mobile order. Basically a scam, as you’d expect from subway.
Next time you order here for a pick up, make sure you double check your sub before you leave. Defeats the purpose of a pick-up order I know, but there’s no other way around it.

My boyfriend ordered two sandwiches as a pickup, and when he got home with them, neither sandwich had any of the items (condiments, veggies, even my BTL was missing cheese, and had 2 strips of bacon) requested on them. We aren't generally close to this shop, but he was passing it, and thought he would stop for some lunch.
When we realized that both of our sandwiches were wrong, we called to see what our options were. The only thing that the guy on the phone would say is we had to bring the sandwiches back. He wouldn't give us a refund, he wouldn't put our name down for a future date to pick a correct ones (this is a normal practice in service like this). He gave us no resolution, and even after we said we were no longer in the area to bring them back, he was extremely uncooperative and rude. He was working 3/9 at 1:30pm. Thats all I can say because he didn't give us his name.

I cannot stand the guy that works there. He is not friendly and when he puts condiments on the sub such as mayonnaise, sweet onion teriyaki...He puts on one tiny squirt! I ask him for more and then puts on another tiny squirt. He is the only one I have ever seen do this at any Subway resteraunt. He looks dirty and un showered as well as having long hair and a meager beard. I won't be back bc of this individual. 3-4-25 11:30 AM.

I just downloaded the app. Was a bit tricky to use. I made a few errors on one sandwich but ordered anyway and wanted to add some lettuce on one of the sandwiches when I got there. The employee was super angry I wanted to add lettuce and peppers. No one else was in the shop. But he was rude and we found that the rest of the 3 sandwiches were not made as ordered. Mean man.

There are two other Subway locations closer to me. I will go out of my way to go to this location. I have been to this Subway now 4 times to pick up lunch. The difference in the prepped veggies is night and day. If you order online you can apply any and all available coupons and your order is waiting when you get there.

I just had a delivery through Uber eats delivery was amazing however this Subway order is not my order...can't be; they didn't even have wraps so the driver had to call me and tell me this. So they replaced it with bread which is fine but then the food gets here there's not even any meat on one sandwich just sauce and veggies so the bread is completely soggy!!! I ordered two simple rotisserie chicken wraps; they replaced the other with pig I'm sorry I don't eat swine because I'm allergic!!!😡😡😡🤬

Man was very rude. Was hiding from another customer when we walked in. Yelled how the sandwich was made right because he made it. Ripped sandwich apart with dirty gloves an through it in the garbage an said he would not make another one.
