Pick up but they forgot to add ingredients to my subway sandwich?? Why? I didn’t realize till I drove back home . And cold when I asked for toasted!

Everything was fine but a word of advice if you drink water do not use the water tab on the Sprite, use the lemonade one. Went to get water and it was not water

Well I went there yesterday about 4 and 1st thing started off on a bad You know bad start because they they're bathroom was closed so that was kind of a bad thing because you know I don't have a card there's no you can't just pop into the bathroom and the library you know you have to like it's like that It's really hard to get a bathroom around you know when you're not when you don't have a car you know so Anyway and then I thought the woman was extremely rude she was always cross talking with somebody else in Spanish when I was ordering My meal so I would I would avoid this place like the plague if I were you I just don't think subway is that good anymore there seems to be a lot of subways that have really slacked off I would go to jersey mike's I think there expensive but you don't I think the sandwiches are little better quality.
Vegetarian options: You could certainly get a salad without meat on it Or cheese if you prefer not having cheese
Dietary restrictions: I I think they have gluten free bread as far as I know
Parking: What are the few things it wasn't it wasn't an issue
Kid-friendliness: I don't know I didn't think it was that friendly for anybody I I saw some Minority kids like them a lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: You're probably on your own it'd be nice if somebody would open the door for you but I doubt these people would.

The worker refused to give my husband my food for no reason, treating him like a criminal who was stealing, we have never experienced this with any other workers, our orders are always on the pick up counter, my husband gave her the order name and she still refused to give him my food that I fully paid for. My husband had to drive back home to get the order number from me because he forgot his phone at home, so my food was cold by the time I received it! She was angry and rude for no reason, she was racial profiling my husband and that’s unacceptable and disgusting! If I could give 0 stars I would, will not be going back to this location

I wasn't paying attention when the guy pulled out my bread and when I got home it was totally burnt. After it being toasted and sitting for the 5 minutes it took me to get home it was so hard and chewy and dry I could barely rip off a bite with my teeth. The vegetables weren't fresh, you could tell the tomatoes had been cut days ago (they were dark and watery), the lettuce was browning, etc. Its been a couple years since Ive been to Subway and I was also blown away at the price, at over $10 for a 6inch! That's almost twice the price it was the last time I had Subway (which was fresh and delicious back then) and it's more than Jersey Mikes, which is way better! AND... today I found out they don't even have my favorite meat anymore, the chicken breast!! I won't be eating Subway anymore at that price, I'll drive the extra 5 minutes to Burien and get JMs.

Ordered two sandwiches. Both had very little meat on them. The olives tasted old near spoilage. They look nothing like the picture or advertisement. Very disappointed
Terrible service. Ordered two Philly footlongs. Sandwiches were NOT toasted, had very little ingredients on them, were cold, and they didn’t bother to cut them in half. I paid $14 each for these and tipped $5. This is why people are reluctant to tip these days. I won’t be returning to this location.
