Says they don’t accept coupons and promotions even though it states online that they’re a participating location. Food tastes like a normal subway, nothing spectacular but not terrible. Would avoid this location. Terrible staff

To be honest, i order a chicken sandwich extra and it wasn’t for starters. I order to go and when i try to eat it at my hotel the bread was a brick! Never ever going back!

Wish I'd read the reviews before trying to use a coupon, figured they'd take coupons with the QR code scanner out :( Been by this subway a few times and they don't seem to honor their closing times either ?♂️

Claimed the credit card machine was down an hour and 15 minutes before closing. The half packed up condiments and visibly connected credit card terminal says otherwise. Insane how people go to work just to not work.
Worst subway. I ordered online for pickup and when I walked in, instead of being greeted he said “we’re closed” even though it was 45 minutes before the posted closing time. Then he got the sauces wrong on my sandwiches. Loooove subway but this one is not good.

This second I asked if I could order online for pickup since I only had card, and was told that it wouldn't be possible. Won't be making another attempt to eat here.

Walked in at 6:01 PM on Sunday January 7th, the server stated he closed everything and is no longer serving. Posted hours in the board state 8pm. Disappointing service especially this deep into Seattle City. We’re going to place a good sized order. Take your business elsewhere.
