Very poor customer service. Orders are not made according to instructions, and customers using coupons are treated disrespectfully. Staff refuse basic toppings to be added extra and lecture customers at pickup for using promotions. If this location doesn’t want to honor coupons, they shouldn’t participate in them. Subway should take some actions!

This Subway has accepted coupons over the last year, maybe more. And they do the Meal of the Day. Not all Subway locations do these things. But, this one does! It is Subway, so not the most creative sandwiches. They are fine, though. If eating in rather than takeout, place is fine. For a Subway location, overall 4 stars.

Worst subway I have ever visited for footlong Bread - over cooked and hard Chicken - instead of 1 scoop they put only 3/4th scoop Veggies - if you ask onions they will put 3 - 5 slices and if you ask more they add 2 more slim slices Tomato only 3 - 4 small slices If you ask them to add more they say NO
Especially if you have any app offers or coupons they don’t accept walk-ins
Better avoid this and look for some other options

This location has very bad customer service. They don’t prepare subs per you order instructions and they go by their own terms. If you using coupons you are not respected. Ordering online and using coupons is not appreciated by the staff and you won’t get anything extra like lettuce or olives if you’re ordering using coupons. At the time of pick up they will give huge lecture and warn you not to ask for extras if using coupons and that extras are only for regular price. It would be better to become a non participating location rather than being a participating location and not serving customer needs.
