Worst subway. I ordered online for pickup and when I walked in, instead of being greeted he said “we’re closed” even though it was 45 minutes before the posted closing time. Then he got the sauces wrong on my sandwiches. Loooove subway but this one is not good.

I've tried to eat here two separate times in the afternoon/evening I've and they have been cash only. I get that sometimes machines go down but it just seemed weird. This second I asked if I could order online for pickup since I only had card, and was told that it wouldn't be possible. Won't be making another attempt to eat here.

Restaurant was extra clean. Had a mobile pick up so limited wait for help and friendly enough. Not impressed with ham and turkey and the ham was turning. Meatball sandwich was fine.

Walked in at 6:01 PM on Sunday January 7th, the server stated he closed everything and is no longer serving. Posted hours in the board state 8pm. Disappointing service especially this deep into Seattle City. We’re going to place a good sized order. Take your business elsewhere.

I went to this location today in a hurry, since this is nearest to where I work. Extremely rude man in his late 40s/early 50s (tattooed arms) snapped at me because I started with my order while he was wearing gloves (I assumed it was for my order but he was fetching cookies from the oven). I apologized, after which his face seemed like someone he knew had just passed away. I apologized again thinking he didn't like my haste but no improvement to his demeanor. Then on every item that I requested, he "acted" deaf until I reached the billing counter where he could hear perfectly fine. I asked for a double layer of tomatoes (which I always do at all Subways) and this man shows me a small menu card with additional costs for veggies even though I had only requested lettuce, tomatoes, onions and bell peppers on the sandwich and didn't just pile up on everything they offer like some customers do. And then he kept asking if I wanted something else? Mr. can you please do a good job of making my sandwich before trying to make more business? Naturally I didn't tip him because I didn't like his behavior. And finally, what is it about this restaurant that lets them charge $14.10 for a veggie patty foot long? Never going here again even if it is the last open place in Seattle.

Second time i come here and this is the second time that the same employee is rude.Dont have strenght to go into details as previous comments are doing it well enough.Never again.

Walked in at 10am on 5/6/2023. The woman had her Beats headphones on and didn’t even look at me, let alone say hello. I stood in front of her at the counter for 5mins (no I’m not exaggerating. I checked.) She just ignored me and continued doing her activities. I ended up leaving because I couldn’t get her attention.
