Been here twice, the first time the guy got an attitude when I asked for a meatball sub and told me it was too early to serve them and nobody eats that for breakfast. Chalked it up to him having a bad day. I just ordered another meatball sub (appropriate time this time) while one employee was putting my sandwich together, the worker who from a few weeks ago, CLIMBED ON THE COUNTER IN HIS SOCKS TO CHANGE THE SIGN AND DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO CLEAN THE COUNTERTOP! She asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted then proceeded to set it on counter where his feet were to put it in the oven... I called them our on it and he got shitty with me and said they don't have time for my nonsense.

I made an order through the Subway app from this location. I did not receive two of the items I ordered (foot long pretzel and 6pk of macadamia nut cookies). I called the store to get those items re-sent or refunded, and they were incredible rude about the experience. They made me call back on 3 separate days saying the manager would be in, and there was never a manager available to take my call. They said I was making too big of a deal by wanting a $10 refund for items that I DID NOT RECEIVE AND PAID FOR. There is no support on the app, the only option for support is to call the location of where I ordered. Incredibly disappointing experience by the Subway staff all around.

Worst sub ever. I never expected mine to look like the one on their website. However, my sub was unfortunate enough that it looked like a leftover.

It supposed to be “All-Pro SOT Chicken” with “extra” vegetables and so on, but I don’t know what happened to my sub.

Unfortunately, I don’t think the store manager bothers to care about how people think about their shop, but at least I wanted other people to consider visiting other stores by leaving this review.

Bumping up the ?s, it's improved since my last review. ?-- The guy who serves at this subway is a terribly rude and distracted person. I'm surprised he hasn't been fired despite all the bad reviews. I try to be nice to him but I still get really really badly wrapped sandwiches that make a terrible mess, and I'm someone with excellent sub eating skills lol.

Came to the store, ordered a 6 inch sandwich, wanted to use a coupon, cashier allowed to use it, but then refused to give me the sandwich as "her manager doesn't allow her to use coupons"

As others have pointed out, the customer service is really lacking here. I felt as though I was a nuisance for just coming in and forcing the sole worker to get out of their chair in the back room. He begrudgingly made my sandwich and made me want to never return. I also asked about a current promotion (displayed online when looking up this location) which he immediately responded with, “We don’t do that here.” When inquiring further, he had no answer as to why and would not budge. Very strange experience.

This location gets one extra star due to its nice seating area complete with a fireplace.

Really blown away by the rude customer service. The male employee is going out of his way to make sure customers have a bad experience.I was berated for a good minute for pointing to the food items and touching the glass. Apparently touching the glass with the tip of your finger is very bad cause they have to clean it afterwards ...If you wanna spoil your day make sure to eat here! I for one am never going here again!

It’s a fast food restaurant that serves exactly what you expect, prices are better then any other subway downtown, they stopped given out water cups because soda was being stolen, had to even put the chips behind the counter because of theft. They don’t take coupons anymore because subway Corporation does not pay the business back, and let’s be honest, most people only show up with a coupon and will never come without one. So not truly a customer
