Really blown away by the rude customer service. The male employee is going out of his way to make sure customers have a bad experience.I was berated for a good minute for pointing to the food items and touching the glass. Apparently touching the glass with the tip of your finger is very bad cause they have to clean it afterwards ...If you wanna spoil your day make sure to eat here! I for one am never going here again!

It’s a fast food restaurant that serves exactly what you expect, prices are better then any other subway downtown, they stopped given out water cups because soda was being stolen, had to even put the chips behind the counter because of theft. They don’t take coupons anymore because subway Corporation does not pay the business back, and let’s be honest, most people only show up with a coupon and will never come without one. So not truly a customer

I second the opinion towards the customer service at this location. The dude that claims to own this place--beyond rude and condescending. I haven't been back and won't as long as he is the owner.

Worst lowest quality cheapest ingredients combined with a corporate strategy that exploits franchisees creates an endless loop of deteriorating bad food and bad experiences. Last resort for fast junk food but only if there is no Taco Bell (yuk!) nearby. Used to love the meatball sub 20 years ago but now realize that was not great even for five dollars.

This location doesn't accept coupons. Everyone should know that before coming here. At full price, this location's sandwiches are really expensive. Just walk down the block to market house meats, pay a little more, and get a much better meal.

I used to come weekly but stopped when they stopped accepting corporate coupons. The one across from Seattle U still does, iirc.The staff used to be great here. I wouldn't know anymore.

This Subway has made it through the pandemic and a few 5 or 6 employees. There wasn't a time when I walked into to buy there wasn't service or someone present to fill or make my order. The food is subway I'll leave fresh for those who cook at home. I've never had any food issues and the price is ok for fast food. What can I say. Dependable service at a reasonable price. Thank you to the owner you've done one hell of a great job. Seattle has seen pandemics lives Matter's riots on going crime and out of control mentally I'll homeless and business owners fleeing Seattle and the State of Washington do to the Seattle city council and State law maker's supporting lives Matter's and on going criminal behavior. Hard working honest citizens no longer count in the scheme of things. Who we are should never be a factor in fare treatment and accessibility to law enforcement and a safe city we call home. Seattle is dying. Like so many other cities throughout the United States.

Horrible customer service. I was going to give him a break since it was 8:40ish PM with no one but me coming in its kind of late he needs some form of life whatever. But after just being rude unprofessional, lazy and uncaring I was blown away.I walk in and he doesnt even acknowledge me. Instead he's on his phone watching videos. With his airpods in his ear. Didn't realize he had them in until I said hello and he didn't even budge. I watched a few more seconds and said hello again. He then stops watching his video and says "hold on I have two orders to do" spends so much time that I sat down for over 5 minutes waiting to get served as he taking his time. Finally asks if I was ready to order. I tell him what I wanted and asked him for extra jalapeños and onions. Ask him that twice since hes barely putting any of the toppings on. I saw that he didnt have much more onions left in the tray but I figured there was more in the back But I could've been wrong but After I ask him for extra onions he throws up his hands we dont have no more onions.Just NO customer service skill at all. Unprofessional and uncaring. I'll take my business somewhere else next time...
