** Word of advice: double check your order before leaving if you order online & pick it up.** I was very disappointed when I got home and opened my sub to eat it. NONE of the veggie toppings were correct/what I requested (I found out the hard way after taking a big bite and getting a mounthful of jalapenos, which I did NOT select as a topping). I placed an order online through the Subway app for 2 subs, one for me & one for my boyfriend. His sub was mostly right, however it was messily made and his veggie toppings were really skimpy even for the ones we selected the extra button on. The toppings on mine were the same as his, he likes hot stuff, spinach & onions whereas I don't so it was unpleasant surprise to have that stuff on my sub. I just wanted the normal yummy toppings, like: lettuce, tomato, pickles, black olives, extra mayo. My bf & I have fallen on hard times the past couple of years so we haven't been able to eat out or even order out for awhile, but we got a little extra money and decided to splurge on Subway as I saw a deal where we could get 2 subs for $13.99 + tax. We ended up wasting the money though because I wasn't able to eat my sub and my bf couldn't stomach the sight of his sub. The only positive thing about this Subway was that it is open 24 hours. In the photos my sub is the one with white (mayo) on it, my bf's is the icky orange looking one.

Honestly, it was a solid experience. They made my sub fresh and didn’t rush it at all.
The bread was warm, veggies were crisp, and the overall sandwich tasted great — exactly what I needed after a long day. The place was clean, quiet, and had that relaxed late-night vibe.
It’s nice to know there’s somewhere open at night where you can grab something fresh instead of the usual greasy fast food.

I stopped by this Subway late at night, and I have to say — it’s one of the few places that still serves fresh, tasty food after hours. As a night person, I really appreciate having a clean and calm spot like this open when most other restaurants are closed.
The staff were surprisingly friendly and attentive even though it was late. They prepared my sandwich exactly the way I asked — fresh veggies, soft bread, and perfectly melted cheese. The service was quick, and everything looked well-stocked and tidy, which isn’t always the case at night.
The place felt safe and quiet, a nice break from the usual late-night chaos. It’s a great spot to grab a healthy bite when you’re out late or coming off a night shift.
Overall: Great food, polite service, and a comfortable atmosphere for night owls like me. Highly recommended for a late-night meal! 🌙🥪

Went to the subway on Madison Capital Hill area and they had a new worker seemed like she was a lost puppy? and didn’t know what she was doing. I think they should be just at least one worker with experience on their belt just saying. #Badservice #subwayfood is a no no
Very unprofessional experience. I went to pick up my order on Aug 16 at 9 PM and was told it was out of stock, yet the app kept showing it available and even marked it as “picked up.” The staff was unhelpful, couldn’t cancel the order, and didn’t know how to mark items as unavailable. This outlet seriously needs to train its staff, and I still haven’t received any update about my order.

Customer service is horrible!!! Placed multiple orders pnline and they make it how they want to make it. When you call, no one answers. To complain via the app is a waste of time as they just say that it has been resolved!! This is in the building of my work so it is convenient but not so much if it is incorrect!! no resolution and waste of money

This is the 2nd time I’ve came here (with the 24 hour sign lit up) at about 3am & the “24 hour” store is locked and the guy points to the screen, then motions that it isn’t working. If you guys are not gonna actually be open and serve the public, why not just close the store? Don’t advertise that your 24 hours, then every weekend no one can grab food inside the 24/7 period.
