As well as a Valentines chocolate (which wasn't my favorite) for $14 the flavor was too sweet and weird. My favorites are -sea salt caramels, martini olives (coated almonds), champagne bears, bubbly champagne raspberries, chocolate gummies. Also my favorite was Hanukkah advent calendar - 8 nights of delights.

The Downtown Nordstrom is my go-to store for clothing and shoes. Having respiratory-issues, the perfume section with the combines scents is overpowering and asphyxiating, but I deal with it. Overall, it’s a great company to do business with. I can’t say anything complimentary about the traffic and parking situation within the City. The good old days are gone.

Nordstrom Beauty Team is amazing! I love working there. (I’m the Clinique Counter Manager). Our team is knowledgeable in the different brands, up to date on trends, friendly and courteous. My experience with all of the Departments is a positive one. I definitely recommend any Department, Spa and the different Restaurants.

The Louis Vuitton boutique in Nordstrom is lacking the customer service I expect from a high end boutique. My husband bought me a gift for my birthday from this location. I loved it but the bracelet was to small for me. During this time we were traveling and had to wait when we got home to getting it exchanged for a bigger size. When we got home we all starting showing symptoms of Covid and ended up in quarantine for 2 weeks while we all recovered. Once we were better and my husband got his strength back to go stop the store to exchange my bracelet for a bigger size he was rudely turned away and told it's been more then 30 days. My husband explained what happened and that it was just a exchange of a unused item and he was still rudely told that there is no exceptions. I have been a customer for many years and have always enjoyed my purchases and was not expecting this kind of service the one time I need to exchange. I love the bracelet and wish I could wear and don't see how since my width of wrist bone will never allow for it. Since this my husband ended up getting me the Cartier bracelet to make up for it but I am still disappointed that this was not resolved in a better way.

Great staff and great candy! I was in to search for a cute gift and came out very satisfied! Must visit if you want 1. Good candy 2. Cute wrapping and 3. Great customer service! It’s pricey but it’s worth it ??
