We stopped in Chinatown on a random Sunday afternoon, and much to our dismay, the dim sum spot we were going to try was closed for a couple weeks while the owners went on vacation. Hard to fault them for family time, but nonetheless we required baked goods! Luckily, the spot was right next to us when we popped out of our car.
Used to be great value and taste good but no more. After they raised price by 20% and reduced the bakery selection, I hardly go there anymore. I used to take my office there for lunch and order 6 Vietnamese sandwiches for dinner but now I go to other place that offers better value and less flies. It is sad to see a small join like this run itself to the ground.
Great Banh mi at a great price ($4 or less depending on the selection). The staff is always friendly and fast. Pastries are great too, I'd highly recommend the almond cookie. It's the best I've found so far in Seattle!
