We decided to stop in for breakfast one day and have been back a couple times since - it's a solid place for a consistently good breakfast!
I have stuck with the basic egg/toast/home fries breakfast, but each time the eggs are cooked perfectly, and the home fries are some of the best i've had!
My dining companion has gotten the chicken fried steak and eggs and has thoroughly enjoyed that option, and really enjoys the fact that they offer rice and beans as one of their choices of sides with breakfast.
The folks (a couple?) who run the place are friendly and have very quick service - so i definitely recommend it!

I read reviews before I go to a restaurant. This place had good reviews so I decided to try it out. It's just a little restaurant on aurora. And its small but cozy. The food is great. I will come back.

I have been coming to sunrise probably once every 2 weeks or so, and I have been very pleased with the food and service here. Many good items on the menu, breakfast and lunch. The staff are nice, service is fast, and everything is reasonably priced. If you are looking at some of the other cafes in the area, give this place a shot!

I was here for an appointment and the person I was meeting was late, so I popped in and grabbed a coffee. Sat at the bar and was treated just as well as I expected . I went to pay for my coffee and the Barista told me it was on the house. Came back a second time and got the eggs benedict

My girlfriend and I were looking for a cute breakfast spot that felt a little smaller and cozier — Saw this spot had good reviews and we quickly found out why! The food was great and service was kind and surprisingly quick. Met some cute regulars in there that told us they come all the time. We’ll definitely be back, too!
