Our baby started to scream while we were waiting for our food, so my husband took him outside to let him calm down. The waiter came to ask me if I would like to take out the food as he said he was afraid we wouldn’t be able to finish the food. I told him that as long as I cut up all the food and feed him continuously, our baby will be ok.
We ordered chicken teriyaki, seafood udon, soda, green tea, mochi ice cream and salmon roll. The waiter should have brought us the ice cream after we finished our other food. But he gave us the ice cream at the same time. By the time we had finished our dinner the ice cream had melted.
Also, we asked for a knife and had to remind him twice to get it. We also asked for an extra plate, but he forgot and didn’t bring it.
When we finally got the bill, we noticed that the prices of some of the entrees were higher than the menu prices, by about $1.5 to $2. When I asked the waiter the reason, he said they increased the price but the prices from the menu were not updated yet. He didn’t want to honor the menu price but a senior employee eventually asked him to. The waiter didn’t apologize but complained that we asked him for so many things. It is true we asked for extra things to share our entrees with our baby. But we aren’t used to getting an attitude for it.
With a different waiter, I think we wouldn’t have come away with such a negative impression.

I’ve been here a few times but their service and food are always great! Today we wanted to go with family but they had to close for a family emergency. I pray for their family and hope they’re doing well.

Lunch bento options are a great deal, service is always really quick and polite. Sushi 3 roll lunch combo (big rolls!) with miso is about as much as a single special roll at ~$22. Their fish is really fresh, especially the salmon, so good!

Great vibe, great service, great value, good rolls. Went for a weekday lunch, and got 2x rolls (with miso soup) and a green tea iced tea all for $23 with tax. The place is nicely decorated and clean, staff welcoming and friendly. The rolls were good, the rice was a little bigger/fluffier than ideal for a sushi roll, but still tastes very good. Would certainly recommend for a nice, filling lunch - especially at the reasonable prices.

Oh my goodness...... I just went here after working across the street for a while.... Best Beef Yaki Udon I've ever had in my life. I feel like I will be seeing a LOT more of this place in the near future. :)

Everything about this place is amazing. The rolls are delicious, the decor is exquisite, and the waitress exceptional. I’m in town a couple days before sailing to Alaska and so glad to stumble upon this unique gem. 5+ stars

Exactly what I needed after the long flight from the East Coast! Very calm atmosphere, and the food was superb! Everything from tuna roll, the salad, and teriyaki chicken with rice - best I’ve ever had! All fresh and wonderful flavors. Very nice, respectful service too.

It’s really not bad at all. There are definitely better sushi places in Seattle. But I would come again since it’s close to me and it’s fairly good.

Hidden among residential and medical towers but worthy as a destination. Friendly, great food, walkable from downtown.

The pork bulgogi was the best I've ever tried. I have been to Korea and this one tops any place I've been to in Korea that serves spicy bulgogi. I gave the service a 4 because the server was kinda rude because I asked her if they have beef bulgogi. In Korea they do. She got offended when I asked her, idk why.... The atmosphere was pleasant.
