Really incredible, unique omakase course. Chef sources and flies in distinct selections, then prepares each with painstaking attention. Great experience and quality fish.

Wow I don’t understand anyone giving this place less than 5 stars. I come here several times a year for many years and it is always amazing and service is top notch.

It was nice when you used to be able to walk-in, but for good reason SKT has grown in popularity so I would recommend to always book a reservation or you may not get a table. It has a great mix of traditional sushi items, as well as unique offerings that we can't find elsewhere. We used to always order à la carte but recently tried the omakase and the slight variations are awesome.

Food is incredible, but it’s the care and attentiveness to the dining experience that sets SKT apart. We’ve been going for over a decade and chef Taichi and his staff never disappoint.

Tried to come for dinner on a Wednesday night. Almost every table empty but they refused to seat our party of two. Hmmm….

We came here for our anniversary and we highly recommend this place for special occasions.Food:We got the Omakase with wine pairing at the sushi bar. The chef did an amazing job preparing the sushi! The ingredients were super fresh and everything was so delicious. We had several "favorites" : toro, salmon, tuna, sweet shrimp, and uni steam egg.The sakes paired worked really well with the dishes, although we wished that they included more as we finished the sake 2/3 of the course.Ambiance:We love the decor, it was very modern with some intricate lighting. The use of wood made this place feel very relaxing. If you are looking for a place for special occasions and you are okay spending 150+ per person including sake pairing, this is one of our favorites!

The Omakase experience was incredible. Taichi was friendly and welcoming and the sushi was amazing.
My favorite sushi restaurant. Impressive number of different fish to chose from, often including some I've never had before. All the staff are friendly and helpful, but Edward makes an special. The Omakase is wonderful and worth the price.
Quality of food wasn't what I expected. Was looking to have more fresh and local quality, especially with the expectation I had during research. Also weren't given oshibori.
This was a stellar omakase with brilliantly dressed fish presented in an unpretentious and hospitable manner by a charismatic chef who was supported by a deft front of house representing a clever sake list. Highly recommend.

We did the Valentine's day omakase. The service was impeccable, and the food ranged from quite good to exceptional. A 20% tip got automatically included in the bill, though it was well earned. Between the meal and a nice bottle of wine, dinner for two ran us almost $500.

We love sushi and this is the best sushi we have ever had. The sushi rolls are amazing, too. It is a little bit pricey, but if you want great sushi this is the time to go ahead and splurge.
