IT'S NOT FISH! It looks like fish and the texture is firm like fish, but when you see it irl you can tell it doesn't quite catch the light the same way, and the flavor is lacking the distinctive taste that salmon has, and the deep buttery flavor of tuna. However, the rolls we got were all very flavorful and well-prepared. I especially liked the crunchy salmon roll, I think is what it was. And the one we got with tempura "shrimp". The seaweed salad was delicious too. I would definitely like to come back.

I am so grateful to have this vegan sushi place in Seattle and glad to have been able to dine here! We will be back!The experience was absolutely amazing. Everything from the customer service to the sushi was excellent! The atmosphere is very casual and laid back. I loved the vibe!I had the crunchy shrimp sushi and it was delicious. My wife and I also had other types of sushi as well. I am vegetarian, but I am also allergic to shellfish, so I am glad I found this place so that I can have a plant based shellfish taste. The sushi did not appear vegan or taste vegan, and the taste was awesome!I highly recommend Sushi Samurai! We also loved Mio the robot who assists the servers. She is so cute!Vegetarian options: 100% plant based and vegan!

The rice was so undercooked...Really bad..Had spicy salmon and shrimp tempura roll.I liked only Gyoza.I should've complained at that time.The separate two payments are mixed. Wrong card, wrong price..Not satisfied.. kinda ruined our dinner in my trip

(not a vegan and loved it, loved the robot) What a pivot! It was great before the transition to vegan and I’m happy to say it is just as good to dine here today. Between the adorable service robot, the food, wait staff and the atmosphere, I can tell you that this is certainly one of my favorite spots on the hill. The sushi is vegan yet almost impossible to tell the difference, with a flavor profile and aesthetic that are sure to dazzle. We also ordered a nice bottle of warm sake. All in all this restaurant is a great investment. Looking forward to my next visit!Vegetarian options: 100% Vegan and Vegetarian

Sushi Samurai is a delightful little restaurant that left me pleasantly surprised. I was amazed to find plant-based options for tuna, salmon, and shrimp on the menu. While I've never tried the real seafood, the plant-based alternatives were surprisingly delicious.Every dish we ordered was excellent. We started with the flavorful Miso soup and edamame. The Katana Roll, Ring of Fire, and Crispy Shrimp Rolls were all highlights of the meal. Overall, the food was fantastic.The prices were reasonable, and the ambiance was enhanced by the novelty of having a robot food runner. It was an experience worth trying out.One small note: The Kimchi Roll was decent, but not as impressive as the other dishes.
