Just a few photos here to capture what was a really special dinner experience. This is truly a hidden gem in Seattle! Incredible sushi, friendly and personable service, and a really intimate and welcoming atmosphere with the small number of guests per seating. Highly recommend!

While I understand that apprentices need a chance to shine, I’d expect Suzuki-san to prepare at least some sushi. Instead he was in the back for the majority of the time and only came out at the end because I’d asked about him.
