I came to grab food before my flight my friends bowl was ready mine wasn’t even when the kiosk said in 8 minutes, we ordered at the same time. I asked them nicely to expedite it and they offered another option to speed it up. I still had to wait even more. Then the other person Frankie was saying that we can’t offer substitutions and you have to wait for the queue. She didn’t offer any help or conversation just came to cancel my order. And I quote her “ you guys don’t see how busy we are” Extremely unprofessional and incompetent, not a very good look for a new restaurant. I work in food service as well and know how a customer should be treated, this wasn’t the way. I’m going to my flight hungry.

This sweetgreen uses machines to make your salad, and somehow always messes up. Either they are out of ingredients and the website/app doesn’t tell you or they just omit an ingredient. I ordered a fish taco bowl, and got no fish in it?? They should at least have someone quality checking each bowl because all of my 3 previous orders have been prepared incorrectly. Luckily, the app is good about giving a credit if the salad is wrong. But still, annoying. I’ll keep going since it’s convenient and healthy but will be checking my order before I leave.

The food here IS delicious, but this place suffers from a chronic shortage of ingredients. They can't seem to be able to keep stuff in stock. I came today, and they were out of chicken, salmon, avocados, shaved Parmesan and some other stuff. Which rules out all my favorite salads

Sweetgreen is a perfect blend of affordable, dependable, customizable, healthy, versatile and tasty takeout. The packaging is eco friendly- it says to eat it fresh in a few hours, but I always have plenty of leftovers for a whole second meal :) I order the miso steelhead with crispy rice instead of nori and crispy onions to make it gluten free and add apples and swap the dressing for miso dressing- HIGHLY RECOMMEND :)
Vegetarian options: So many choices including build your own!
Dietary restrictions: Anything is customizable plus build your own! I order the miso steelhead with crispy rice instead of nori and crispy onions to make it gluten free and add apples and swap the dressing for miso dressing- HIGHLY RECOMMEND :) not everything is labled, but easy to find the information online.

Love the food here, it's so nice having a fast, healthy option. However, almost every time I order via DoorDash something is incorrect. Either replaced protein instead of added, missing dressing, etc. If this can be fixed I'd eat here much more often.

Wasn't greeted when I came in and the bowl with tax came out over a little $18 (was $16.65). They called out my name wrong and the salad is just sad. I got the Autumn Harvest bowl and it's just kale and rice. There's like... a handful of chicken and the other toppings. I also opted for the dressing to be mixed in and it wasn't. Why wouldn't you just make it yourself with what you get? The store is also set up in a confusing way. The flavor itself isn't bad but I don't think I'll be coming back.
Didn’t include either dressing or the goat cheese which are extra.

this place is fabulous, real food, speedy service, i got my bowl within 4 minutes of ordering which is faster than other place i’ve been to. the staff is so nice as well, you can see into their back of house and their vegetables in the fridge, the employees in the back of house are always waving when i walk by. so happy this place opened up!

Update: They fixed the portion issue for my last 2 orders. Now I love it and need it to succeed.
I’ll pay ANY price for a fair portion of something delicious. While the flavors were fine, the portions of the ingredients that matter (protein & premium toppings) were nearly undetectable. $21 for a skimpy salad is nuts. Fix this place before it fails.

I’ve been waiting for a Sweetgreen to open near me for ages, having dined there all the time when I lived in DC. I was nervous given the bad reviews for their first Seattle location but it was exactly as I remembered. I ordered my standard Kale Caesar. I was thrown off by the new (to me) ordering system but my bowl was filling and delicious. In my opinion way way tastier than plum chopped and evergreens.
