Today was my third time visiting and I’ve made a point to visit at different times for lunch and order different salads as well. Each time, I’ve had to wait an extra 20-30 minutes because they have to heat up more protein. Today was almost 30 minutes- my entire lunch break. My order was supposed to be ready by 1:40, and I didn’t get my salad bowl until 2:07. If your order includes chicken, you don’t get that much in your bowl, despite paying almost $20 or more. I wonder if they are giving out less meat to avoid running out as fast. There were 5 other people with me who were also delayed because their order included chicken. The offered substitutes: mushrooms or avocado. Not an equal substitute in cost or in nutritional value.

Was so excited to try this place! I ordered in store and ate there. The lettuce was wilty and old-looking and the fries were given to me cold :( was very bummed but I will persevere and try it one more time

This location is always out of something: basic ingredients, cups, you name it. The meals here are largely made by machine, and this place could clearly benefit from more human oversight, since this keeps happening again and again.
I just went in for my first time, and I don't know how much Dennis gets paid but it's not enough. That guy is awesome! Really great experience as well as such a clean nice restaurant. Absolutely what you want from a place like that

Service and atmosphere are great. Food is usually finished very fast. My only issues are with the portion sizes , I wish you got a little more meat for the price you pay for it. Getting a bowl is usually around $20 and there isn’t much meat in it. Other than that this place is great if you are looking for a healthy meal that won’t make you feel gross.
