Our first time at SWeL and it won’t be our last! How did we not find this gem before? Fabulous staff, everyone is super friendly and very attentive, food was excellent and overall great experience.

Started with the Caesar salad. It was perfectly dressed & the small size was great for two to shake. Then we ordered the prosciutto & arugula pizza and the rigatoni with sausage for dinner to split, absolutely recommend both. The prosciutto pizza felt light & the sauce with the rigatoni was delicious, very meaty.
Finished off the night with a shot of espresso & the cookie skillet topped with peanut butter ice cream. Will return to try other things on the menu.
We did make reservations ahead of time, do recommend doing that as they seemed pretty busy. Out server was extremely nice & attentive all night.

We had a wonderful meal here, I was really blown away by the cherry espresso martini, I hope it’s not just a special because I would come back just to have a couple more of those. I got the pappardelle mushroom pasta, which has shiitake, crimini and oyster mushrooms along with fresh thyme, rosemary, tarragon, cream and white wine and I also added the cascioppo brothers sausage which is a must for this dish. Sooooo yummy. Also got a Margherita pizza. It’s was the perfect date night spot.

Great vibes for a date or drinks with friends. Bar had lots of options and the food was good, ingredients tasted very fresh. Very reasonable happy hour as well and plenty of options to satisfy anyone. Would go back just for the pear bread pudding alone!

Oysters were amazing! We also had the Caesar salad, prosciutto and arugula flatbread, and the pappardelle with mushroom pasta. Everything was so fresh and perfectly balanced, not overpowering at all!

Jessie was seriously so lovely! This was our first time at Swel and she was funny, kind, and very attentive, taking the time to answer any questions we had and patiently explaining menu items and drinks to us. Having a charming server definitely made for a great first impression of this spot, but the food was awesome, too! Highly recommend the calamari and The Final Say cocktail. We will definitely be returning!

The pear bread pudding is phenomenal, a must try if you visit, even if you don't usually like pear or bread pudding. The service, ambiance and other dishes were great too. A beautiful place to spend a great meal.

I have been visiting SWeL for years and it is consistently excellent. The food, the drinks, the atmosphere, the staff—all aces.
The carne asada is the best I’ve ever eaten. It is tender, juicy, and the perfect amount, with tasty chimichurri as well. Chicken breast is also delicious, and food specials have yet to disappoint.
There is an excellent selection of wine, and an evolving cocktail menu featuring strong but tasty drinks.
The staff are always kind and fun to chat with. And I appreciate that there is no “service charge”—the price is the price!
This is one of my favorite restaurants, and should you make it here it will likely become one of yours as well.

The food was phenomenal. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed. The mussel cheese dip was baked to perfection. The entrees were delectable. The basil gin cocktail I had definitely had me toasty by the first round. The waitress was friendly and perfectly timed everything. 10/10 would recommend and will be returning. We are kind of food snobs and this place hit the spot!!

A gem! Only wish we had been in sooner. Great garlicky Caesar. Good happy hour with tasty pizza. Nice service and back patio. Fun menu.
Visited a couple of times. Food is always on point, cocktails are great, and the staff is welcoming!
It is pricey though, if you're ordering all courses and cocktails, you can easily go over $100 per person.

Interesting do it all american restaurant. Our server was the highlight for sure. Everything else was fine but forgettable. Salmon was done very nicely and in its own lane. Overpriced for what it is.

We sat outside in the front where it is happy hour all day
Our discounted flatbreads were delicious as was my tequila old fashioned. The bartender was very nice and accommodating and brought us this amazing chili oil for drizzling that was a perfect addition. The people watching in Fremont was fun. I will warn that the carne flatbread was quite spicy.
