This taco bell is fine but Oh My God PLEASE stop asking if I want to double my meat, add sour cream, or make it spicy with some jalapenos after EVERY SINGLE ITEM
The manger at the drive thru window was very rude. We tried to tell her multiple times that we had 3 separate orders but each time she slammed the window on us. Once she eventually heard us she tried to blame us for not telling her we had the other orders. She then threatened to withhold my order from me if we did that in the future. She was rude and cut us off multiple times and tried to blame the fact that it was a hectic morning on her dismissive and rude attitude. 0 stars

DONT GO. Makes everyone I know sick every time they eat there and to boot, if you can't speak Spanish you don't get your order
The slowest Taco Bell ever! Avoid at all costs!

I door dashed food at 12:40 and it’s been almost an hour and my dasher still can’t pick up. Slowest location ever.
Staff is friendly, give them a break since this location is at Aurora!

Sad to say, but there are people who are clearly overdosing, ALLOWED in this establishment. One man passed out ON THE COUNTER, and another passed out in a booth. Really sad to see. Employees ignore this, clearly don’t have much control.

"I made it with love!" The grinning Cashier beamed at me in a bro-ey way when I said "I don't even know what a Dirty Baja Blast is". Aurora is the street to get some sloppy taco, but not my first choice to visit Taco Bell. 5 had its lights on in the parking lot, but the Bell had its lights on too, and I was starving so it was on. Lucky I made the quick decision to visit this location rather than my regular. Not only were the employees friendly human beings my entire meal actually did taste like it was made with love and care. My Chalupa shell was crispy and soft, just the way God intended and not the stale cracker the devil sometimes sneaks into your brown bag. That Dirty Baja Blast indeed was fire. Even my soft taco I cashed in as a reward, not something I'd normally be excited about, was really good. It almost (almost) tasted like a real Mexican taco. But if you're eating Taco Bell you're not trying to get Mexican food, you're finna get sloppy American tortilla meat and cheese. Ain't nothing wrong with that.

The people that work there do their best.
The quality of food is substandard; in my opinion.
The facility is well kept; plenty of parking.
If you like cheap low quality Mexican I guess this is for you.
Not my preference..

My partner Mare and I had some trouble with delivery, but Angel was aptly named. She helped us on the phone for over an hour, contacting doordash on our behalf. Thank you so much!
