Drive thru food was hot n fresh for a change

The restaurant was hot and muggy. My Nacho Bell Grande was Nacho Bell POQUITO. (Small). If you do go, order ahead because in-store orders are put off until the drive thru and online orders are filled. Total waste of time and money. 💔👎

Kirt is life changing. He is kind, attentive, and so so welcoming. Sometimes I think to myself “I want Taco Bell” then I catch myself also thinking “I hope Kirt is working”. A blessing, a gift, a present to all.

Food is basically what you would expect. Not bad, good enough if you're hungry. I think because there are very few things open so late in the area there was a good number of people there, so if you go late I might expect to wait a bit.

DO NOT GO ! Worst Taco Bell I Have ever been to. Got my order ready and still made me wait 45min standing outside. Some employees took my name, I saw them bring the order and just abandon it for another 15min until I had speak to a manager that was going out. The person at the drive thru window I tried to ask help to was also very rude ! I know they don’t need my business to work but they’ll never see me again.

Edit: I went in to use the toilet and got the drive thru guy’s name. Shout out to Miles, whatever they pay you aint enough for the vibe and energy you got going on a saturday morning. Give miles a promotion 🗣️🗣️🗣️
Showed up 11am on a saturday for a taco and some nacho fries and the folks at the drive thru were super nice and energetic, i think they 100% deserve a raise. Whatever you pay them is not enough. My meal with just a taco and some loaded fries and drink cost $18!!! So you better be sending a good amount of that money to my drive thru boys here. No one should be as happy as they were to serve me on a weekend morning but they were and they deserve a raise for that.

The award for the best TacoBell, goes to Aurora & 90th!!
The kid &I enjoyed a 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 cravings box, with an iced coffee!!
Then the Staff helped me with redeeming our complimentary burrito!!
To top it off, on an 84 ° sunnyday, a friendly Mom &Daughter even hooked him up with a large lemon refresher!!!

It's Taco Bell. The food is what you expect and it's cheap. You order via a kiosk which is nice as you can customize your items. There's a dine-in area but it's not very welcoming and the self-serve soda machine doesn't seem to work at all. You need a code for the bathroom but the staff won't even give it to you — they'll just walk over and open the door for you. So probably best to just get takeout here.

All I can think of once I'm in the proximity of Taco Bell is how they won the great fast food wars, and me and my stomach don't agree and I still don't know how to use the 3 seashells.

Sold a phone at the eco recycle kiosk
Very disappointing experience.
The employee named Evry was extremely disrespectful and rude during my visit. I expected a basic level of professionalism and courtesy, but unfortunately, that was not the case. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way, and I hope the management addresses this behavior seriously.
