Get delivery often, sometimes it’s wrong or the Baja isn’t blasting. But it’s good enough I’ll keep coming back cause the flat soda or wrong sauce isn’t constant, I probably just eat from here too much. Would be a 5 star but until they bring back the real Verde sauce I’m not dropping that fifth star.

Everything is on computers only. So if I have an issue. Like if you need to use the restroom as a paying costumer. Expect a 15 minute wait for the code as they will ignore you and they might blab it at you in a slit second and back to work. Food sucks too. Not going back. And your prices are insane comparable to what you would pay at a sit in restaurant with zero costumer service. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody unless you want poor quality food at high prices and grab and go. It’s not even quick.

Food was fine. Restroom access issues were a bit ridiculous. Asked two employees for the restroom code. They stared at me blankly and went to do other things. Ordered on the app thinking maybe it was because I hadn't paid yet. Asked again. Was given the wrong restroom code. It locked me out after 3 tries. Was given another code. Still didn't work. "Oh, that [empty] restroom is only for employees. The code is for the other one." The other one was occupied. By an employee. Who went into it while the other was empty. They made me wait until he came out. Apparently not the place to stop after a long drive.

i come here all the time. The last 2 months have been nothing but stale taco shells. In the crunch wrap or crunchy taco's u can clearly taste the texture has changed, no more crunch, stale garbage.
So they are either selling their customers expired food or not storing it correctly.
Nasty owner.

They try to upcharge you with every single thing you order. “Spicy? Double meat? Sour cream?” We even kept saying nothing extra on anything and the guy ignored us and kept doing his “spicy? Double meat? Sour cream” on every single item. Just so annoying and I dread anytime I have to go here.

I went today to pick up two orders 12 pm November 28 ,the first one was fast and the second took forever More the 20 minutes,they need faster, friendly , energetic people and if they don't like the job, they should do something different and I had to cancel the second orden because the worker that was there she didn't gave it to me
The best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a Taco Bell. My Dasher stole my food and they helped me with ease! I will always come back and support this location!!!

We usually order via DoorDash and often feels like we get our food before we even finish ordering since we live close ish.
But I'm mainly leaving this review to apologize. I picked up a mini fridge and the person who helped give me a ride let the door fall open and a shelf fell out and shattered in the NW corner of the parking lot by the intersection. Sorry. -_-
