This taco bell ain't it. Food came out super fast, but barely had topping or fillings and it's just sloppy. I've never had such a flat burrito in my life. I've eaten at hundreds of taco bells and this is probably the worst taco bell I've eaten.

The service and etc is just OK to good, not bad, not great.

Parking lot is rough, and turning into it is a hassle. They're busy so don't expect to get your first choice. They only mess up once in a while, but still more solid than most Washington locations

I ordered two luxe boxes and 2 sets of steak dipping burritos through the mobile app and had it delivered. To my surprise I opened the stapled bag and there were only two bowls of potatoes and one order of steak dipping burritos. This was a $30+ order and 90% of the food was missing. I swear the people that work here have no idea how to do their job. You put food in a bag, how hard can it be? This type of incompetence really solidifies how incapable fast food workers are. Don’t get food delivered from this restaurant, you likely won’t get it. Whoever is working on Saturday, February 15th, at 6:30 PM, you’re a joke. Get it together.

UPDATE 12/29/24; STILL CANT GET AN ORDER RIGHT. HOW HARD IT IS TO READ A TICKET AND FULFILL AN ORDER? I DID IT FOR 20 YEARS AND THEY CANT TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO DO IT ONE TIME. ITS FRUSTRATING TO SPEND AN HOUR IN TRAVEL AND GAS AND TWO TRIPS JUST TO GET THE CORRECT FOOD.

Why say you're open when you're not? Absolutely unacceptable when you're the only close location. Might as well close down and make them a taco time too. If you're not here at 10pm, then they are not open. Unbelievable.

I normally just use the drive-thru but today I went inside and ordered my food and ate inside. I am very pleased that I did. I was able observe the process that these employees go through to get my order correct in a timely matter. Everyone was working as a team and it was great to see. 1 employee stuck out to me (Daniel) . He was unbelievable at his job multitasking the drive thru and front counter gretting each customer as professional as I've ever seen. He made sure to make each customer fell welcome, heard, and understood. Great job!
