Okay, you definitely have to know what you’re getting into here - I mean, it’s a Taco Del Mar. But for a fast-food establishment, this is probably about as nice as you can get. It’s not technically as fancy as something like a Chipotle, but it’s got more soul than any of those corporate slop bowl places could ever dream of having, and it feels like it’s maintained in a much more loving manner. The food is tasty and comforting, and the employees couldn’t be kinder. If you’re in the neighborhood and you’re looking for a quick bite, there aren’t too many spots I’d recommend above it.
