I will absolutely go back to this location. That’s really what we want to know, followed by the food review. Right?!

I felt like a duck out of water. I’d never been there before, but Lin behind the counter was super helpful and patient.

She walked me through the menu and answered my questions. Great customer service. Thanks again, Lin.

I ordered the #12 Habanero Beef Burrito 🌯, large tator tots, spicy ranch + an additional Baja Fish Taco 🌮. The Taco was wrapped like a burrito, but delicious nonetheless. The ingredients tasted fresh and vibrant.

I probably won’t order the Habanero Burrito again. It’s a personal preference kind of thing. I like burritos with pico de gallo, rice, etc, etc. It was okay, but again, that’s a me thing. That said, they have other burritos that I look forward to trying.

Heads up! The portions are pretty big. My taco was massive. Everything is made fresh to order. I watched as the people around me filled their bellies with delicious Tex Mex. I saw lots of happy faces in the restaurant.

The place was packed, as was the drive thru. It’s definitely worth trying out. I’m looking forward to trying more of their menu items.

Great work, Lin and the West Seattle Taco Time Team!!

Today I visited this Taco time location, hoping for a quick and convenient fast-food experience. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. When I went through the drive-thru, there was a single customer placing an extremely large order, causing a significant delay. Instead of directing that customer to a waiting spot to keep the line moving, the staff kept everyone stuck behind them for about 20 minutes.

In a fast-food setting, that kind of delay is really inconvenient and defeats the purpose of a “fast” experience. I ended up having to skip my order because I couldn’t wait any longer. I hope the management considers a better system to handle large orders so that other customers aren’t stuck waiting unnecessarily.

Taco Time is Americanized Mexican. It's always good and always fresh... but thats why you'll pay as if you went to a sit down restaurant.

I tried to give them another chance. Prices are way to high for soft tacos this small. I paid almost $10 for this. Like others, I'm highly disappointed. The great shrinkage era is in full effect. I am going to stay away. There is a cheaper taco truck up the street.

I ended up going to west Seattle so since taco time was right next to the bus stop had lunch. Good food and nice price. Brought the food to my table. Employees were very nice and quick service. I would recommend this place

I can't believe I'm writing one of the reviews, but the more I think about it..I shouldn't let it go, I was furious at the time. I had been living in Spain for 9 months. My brother and his wife picked me up at the airport last Thursday, July 10th. Before heading back to his place we stopped for a beer at The Beer Junction. They went next door and grabbed some slices of pizza and asked me what I wanted to eat. The said they could drive me anywhere, within reason, to grab something to go, as I had been out of the States for months. I told I had a real craving for Taco Time after someone had mentioned it (it was between that or Dick's...looks like I picked the wrong one). We arrived just before the closing time of the lobby. The drive through was pretty long and I had to use the restroom so I decided to order in the lobby and get it to go. The waited in the parking lot for me. I hadn't been to Taco Time in ages so it was going to take me a second to order. Just after I walked in, the guy at the counter told me he was locking the front door and I would have to exit the lobby from a different door. No problem. I am still looking at the menu and he is standing there giving me a real impatient vibe. I asked a couple questions and was feeling rushed. I remember I asked about the the a couple mini soft tacos and he talked me into the regular sized one (I remembered them being pretty generous in size, so I went with it). I also ordered a crisp chicken burrito. All to go. The wait wasn't too long for the food, so no complaint about that. Got the food and drove 10 or 15 minutes back to his place. Pulled out the food. The crisp burrito was definitely not hot enough...but the soft taco was ridiculous. It was 80 to 90 percent lettuce. $7.50 for a lettuce soft taco. I guess normally I might just shake it off...but it being the first the first thing I ate after coming back was a super downer. My brother and SIL felt really bad and whipped me up a little dish, as the Taco Time was a piddly meal, especially for the price.

Taco Time West Seattle location, whoever was the Manager and the staff tonight, 7/6/25, my husband and I are very appreciative of the thoughtful service that was offered. This is why we prefer going to Taco Time vs of the other fast food taco place. We’ve always had pleasant experience but tonight’s service is I think the most personal. They gave my husband 2 coupons for us to be able to order the item that they didn’t have for tonight and comped my salad. My husband said they they didn’t have to do that and he would come back for it anyway but the staff insisted and said that they want to make it right.

Stopped off for what was supposed to be a quick stop for a bite to eat before work. Sat in the drive through (just one car in front of me & no other cars) for 7 minutes before they took my order.
