time and time again i continue to give this taco time location a chance because i love the food and have grown up with it but literally each time i order from the west seattle location they get my order wrong in multiple ways. i have reached out before by email about a refund and they said they were unable to process it back to my card so they mailed me a gift card and hey guess what, i never got it. tonight i ordered for my family, multiple things missing and incorrect. horrible. also the people that work here are incredibly rude.

The staff here is always nice and helpful. They get it right every time. Great location if you are in SODO and craving some Taco Time. It’s a quick run up the West Seattle bridge.
Parking: I always find a spot during lunch hour. Parking has never been an issue.
Food quality has gone downhill in last couple years. And they no longer accept cash as a payment (unAmerican)

There were two people working in there tonight. A giy taking orders and a girl (badass) making so much food. She commanded the he line very well and made really good food with perfect portions. Thumbs up for that crew . 4:50pm

Not sure what her name is that was working the food line tonight at 9pm but SHE IS A BOSS!! She was working her @ss off getting orders fulfilled and even through all the craziness, apologized, unnecessarily but kindly, for the wait (always feel bad how quick the drive-thru backs up). The fact she was putting together big orders as quickly as she was, making sure they were right and still friendly through it all left a positive impression. She deserves a raise!!!!

I love taco time so much! The only problem is they often forget the sauces you pay extra for. Some staff is friendly and others not so much especially if you go inside. Hopefully they can get better at making sure your order is accurate and includes everything you paid for.
