It’s a taco time, food is standard. Only worth going to this location if you use drive thru or mobile orders. Every time I come in and try to order at the front no one greets at all, no “hey I’ll be with you in a second”, they just glance up at you like a deer in headlights and go back to food prep. I’ve stood for over ten minutes without acknowledgement before. Today I stood without acknowledgement for a while and ended up just walking away without ordering because nobody bothered to speak a word.

their food is so amazing. I absolutely love their tacos, their beans and rice. Their salsa is pretty good. The tater tots are really crispy and full of flavor. The people that are very friendly and nice and the atmosphere is good.

Sadly, they changed their hot sauce recipe to pre-packaged stuff and it's now much more watery with far less veggie-bits in it, with a corresponding big drop in flavor. Their tots and sauce were the main draw for me, but now they're just... tots. No pizzazz. Probably only go 25% as often as I used to, since the change. Pity, used to be a go-to, now we only stop in if we happen to already be driving by. Burritos are still decent.
I usually don't rate corporations, but I had to give a shout out to this Taco Time. I've driven by it for many years but just discovered it had a drive up in the back. Had no idea. Five stars for shattering my expectations!

I go here a lot for lunch locally, and is always very consistent and fresh. Very kind and helpful staff. This is a good taco time location—solid team and consistent delivery at this location.
Food always feels freshly assembled, has a good balance of taste and portion (e.g. the veggie burrito is usually reasonably assembled with good balance of ingredients—a reasonable expectation yes, but more rare than it seems these days).
I consider myself a “burrito connoisseur” ? and always happy here with the end result. Far more consistent than competitors like Chipotle, which is often hit or miss. Also appreciate that tater tots are always crispy and well seasoned. Good portion sizes and fair for the price.
Vegetarian options: Many pinto bean and vegetarian options.
Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian options that can be modified to be made vegan. Not friendly for gluten free however per cross contamination.
Tried them after not going for a while because they keep pushing their Caesar items on tv. Ordered online and thought I could pick up thru drive thru. By the time I got to the speaker and was told to go inside a-lot of time had passed. When I got back to work my Caesar items were lukewarm and wilted. I should have just picked up a Caesar kit and made it myself and saved about 20$. Also the restaurant is looking dirty and outdated inside.
